Wonderful food! Our Airbnb was directly across from this great bakery so we came by twice during our stay. Get there early! Choices were dwindling by 10am. The food was so good but it was cold. We took it back to warm it up. That’s a consequence of the plague and outdoor service so I get it, just be prepared.

For breakfast this morning we had a blueberry muffin, egg and cheese biscuit, and cinnamon roll with coffees. The decaf had to be a latte, but it was delicious. We ordered from the side of the building where they are doing counter service only. They had a lot of offerings for being counter service only. They were also super quick! Awesome little gem in the residential district of downtown.

Everything they make is great. Ordered the yule log off the holiday menu and its the best cake I have had in my entire life. It was so beautiful. The meringue mushrooms were so cute and delicious. The frosting was chocolate but not too sweet and the filling was a light vanilla cream. Absolutely delicious.

Great place for morning food, coffee, bagels, donuts, danishes, cookies. Everything I have gotten here was a hit no joke haven’t had one bad thing to say. If you get there early you can beat the lines that mite be the only issue I see someone having buttatsit and they work very fast so it’s not a big deal.

Loved their bagel. It was super fresh and made me want to try one of everything that they offer It’s a walk up and order kind of place and I would have loved to have seen some outdoor seating. We were able to find parking right outside, but it could be tougher at other times of day.

This place has the best ham and cheese croissants. However, every single time I go to this place, the service is beyond SLOW. I’m talking slower than turtle speed and in no rush with a line wrapped around the corner. Overall this place is very poorly managed. I keep coming back because the croissants are great, but if you don’t have 30 minutes or an hour to wait in line every time you go to this place, just don’t even bother.

This will definitely be my daily go-to breakfast spot for the week I’m spending in Charleston! The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was amazing, at least in part because of the delicious roll that it’s served on. You just have to get there early because they often sell out. I also love that they offer oat milk as a dairy alternative in their coffee drinks. For those who haven’t tried it, it’s considerably better than almond milk. The chocolate macaroon was also amazing!

Seriously delicious baked goods!! Just try anything on the menu and make sure you get there early since they sell out fast. I got some flaky baked items with berries and the other one with chocolate. Nothing is overwhelmingly sweet, perfect balance.

Been going here since they opened. This is the story. They didn’t have a lot when they first opened. But within a few years they added lots of great stuff and it got really good. For years it was awesome. You could eat inside and the food and coffee was perfect. But now…You have to wait in the hot sun forever to get your order. Are they trying to torture their customers? And a lot of times its inconsistent. I got a croissant today and it was super wet with butter and not cooked in the middle. I just threw it away. It had enough butter in it to give me a heart attack. I got a cookie a few days ago and it was like this weird dry bread consistency. I think it had too much baking powder added to it. The sourdough bread is still some of the best you can get in Charleston. It’s a shame this place has gone down hill so much. But lucky for me there are a bunch of new places in the neighborhood for breakfast options. However I still go here sometimes because its the only one open on Mondays.

This is the best croissant that I’ve had in a long while. The danishes looked fantastic, but I wanted to try a classic pastry and they blew it away. Just wow. It was so buttery, flakey, and perfectly cooked. Some of them looked a little over-proofed, but I certainly don’t care. They tasted 10/10 regardless.
