I go there every morning for coffee. They make a perfect Cappuccino, exactly as I like it! They see my car coming —it’s orange—down the street, and they start making my order, so it’s always fast. The guys and gals are great. Professional and friendly. It’s the best way to start the day. Shout out to the crew!!!!!

In the drive through the employee gave my food to the car ahead of me, customer gave it back. The employee then gave me the same food she had given to the previous customer. The hash browns were in an open bag that had clearly been rummaged through. I said I can’t take the food you have just given to someone else. Then the employee argued with me – “she didn’t touch the donuts.” Like that makes it okay. Sadly we won’t be visiting this location again.

I asked them to put 3 equals in my coffee, drove 3 miles and had a sip, realizing they forgot to put Equal. Drove back to the shop and they told me no problem, they can put it. No apology.

So let me start off by saying my experience was less than favorable. I went in around 2:30 PM to ask a question about a seasonal item in hopes that they still had it. The clerk I was speaking to didn’t reply, but the supervisor with his back turned answered for him without acknowledging me at all, while he was putting the last few doughnuts in a bag. I decided to walk away disappointed and my daughter repeated that she wanted doughnuts, so I turned around and asked if they had any doughnuts left. The clerk stated that the last of the doughnuts just got sold, but yet there were no other customers in the store or in the drive thru. They don’t close close until 7PM mind you and I was told they were out at 2:30PM!! They desperately need to work on their customer service and I suggest revamping their management at this location.

It’s typically an annoying experience. While there are a few really nice employees, the service is sooooo slllooowwww. This is the only donut location around and my kids love donuts so here we are again. Sometimes the lobby is closed with no sign, which is very annoying once you’ve got the kids out of the car and then need to wrangle them back in. Sometimes they run out of donuts. Most of the time they have a super long drive-through line that can back into Hendricks Ave. It feels like a poorly managed franchise.

Everything in this order was thrown away. The everything bagels were burnt, they didn’t give me the correct donuts in my half dozen, when I said I just need half dozen of glazed he didn’t know what I meant and had to ask how many I wanted, and then he still didn’t put not even one glazed in it munchkins were old and tasted stale. And much more just to much to name

Very nice people work here but the drive thru wait is consistently over 15 minutes no matter when I come. Often the store is locked so walk in is not an option. I have decided to drive to a further DD because overall, it’s quicker than the Hendricks DD

Nice people. Nice place. They were kind enough to let me in and let me know they don’t normally open the dining room until daylight. I would recommend this place.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I have been to, I started coming to this one because it’s closer to home and gave you guys 3 chances to do right and each visit got worse and worse. The Blonde whose the manager just lacks customer service and they never get simple order right… never going back have to drive to sunbeam or university ♀️

Always great coffee which is why theres stars at all, my issue was the incorrect drive-through menu. Actaul prices were almost 50% higher than posted prices. I understand increasing prices, but this is false advertising and misleading. The posted price for a bagel with cream cheese on the menu is 1.79 but they charged me 2.99 before tax. THAT IS ALMOST DOUBLE!!!!! Staff also said manager wasn’t there, and that posted prices didnt matter in thr drive through, which is crazy.
