Nasty, NASTY attitude. I don’t know her name, but she always has an attitude, and today she yelled at me across the store when I said my drink was wrong. I requested liquid sugar- and she used granulated sugar. I ordered a cold coffee. Sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold coffee. This is the only store I have to specify to put liquid sugar in my cold drink.. if I don’t, it’s like sucking up sand in your straw.
It’s not even the fact that my order was wrong, it’s that she had an attitude, told me I was wrong multiple times, YELLED, and refused to fix it. She just turned away from me as if to say “end of discussion”.
Well here’s your photo proof, MA’AM, since you were so adamant that you didn’t put granulated sugar in my drink. This was taken after the drink sat all day at work. Thanks for the trash coffee. So ridiculous that I even have to write this.

The employees were nice, and did the pesto grilled cheese right, I visited other Dunkin Donuts and the grill cheese was burn out side and cold inside.

Usually don’t have any issues here, even though there’s usually a wait because it gets busy. However today I was less than pleased. I had ordered the same thing as a regular who came in after me and they gave him my food. I had already been waiting awhile and neither of our items were mobile orders and the expeditors told me that wasn’t my order because “her others that all the time”.

The donuts were good, but they discontinued 2 of the 3 types of donuts that I actually go there for. While the flavors that I had to settle for were good, I don’t know if I’ll be back due to them no longer offering the flavors I was after. They no longer make apple fritters, and they no longer make cinnamon powdered munchkins.

Didn’t put enough sugar and had a smart comment because I wanted to put a little more cream and cool my coffee off why should it matter how I want it I paid for it I hate when people are rude because you’re different or bad different thing show some respect can we all get along

Great coffee, nice staff. Bacon great….miss veggie sausage. Donuts made without enough vanilla cream inside….Dunkin on Atlantic better at that…plus they have the Baskin Robbins and drive thru

I’ve gone here every other week for the past few years I have quite a bit of experience here, the workers are extremely friendly and work very fast. The donuts have always tasted delicious and while I haven’t had the coffee I’ve only heard good things about it.
