Owners, not being able to just walk in and speak with a rep at the counter and order Coffee and Donuts is just RIDICULOUS. Guys I can speak with your employees , but can’t order with out using the kiosk 12 inches from the employees.
Guy behind me this morning, just gave up and walked out, no order or purchase.
Get rid of kiosk and let us make friends with your employees. It keeps us coming back.
When you can talk with them , they are great.

Stop right there and keep driving to the next Dunkin!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!! I went to get 20 donuts for my kids class, and I was told at 9am on a Tuesday that all donuts were gone. No options to get anymore. Then I go by the drive thru window and I see walls of freshly made donuts…and then I ask why I was told that I couldn’t get any donuts when they had a whole bunch! They screamed at my face and told me that they couldn’t sell me those because those were for another time. Well….they just lost a customer…FOREVER!! what’s the point of making donuts if you are not gonna sell them when a customer asks for them. And then incredibly rude at their delivery of this statement. Never going back. Bye bye

Pretty much the worst Dunkin’ in town.
Absolutely refused to take an order in person. Franchise owner probably spent thousands on the in-store kiosks, and according to the employees, are requiring all their customers to use them.
In between some super important gossip with her coworkers, the woman manning the front said if we wanted them to personally take our order, we’d have to roll on through the drive though. She specified that’s ‘just how things are done now.’
We just rolled over to a nearby Starbucks instead.

Worst service ever. The kiosks were turned off, and they refused to ring us up manually. We had to wait for someone to come over and turn the kiosk on, wait for it to reboot, etc. Then the kiosk would not ring up properly. We had to leave since store personnel were uninterested in actually providing the service they were hired for.

I’m a regular customer here. Usually they are quick and efficient.
I forgot to order a large hot coffee in drive thru. Asked for it at window.
They had me come inside.
I asked the young lady inside and told her I just went through drive thru. She was rude and said I had to use the machine. Well by the time I got to the machine 5 more people jumped ahead of me.
Like seriously I’m a regular customer. You couldn’t edit my order through drive thru ? Made me go inside AND THEN had me go to a machine knowing I got there first but people jumped a head of me.

This is by far,hands down,the best Dunkin Donuts in our area!!! Even if you have to travel a bit farther for your coffee…the staff and your purchase will outway anything and everything!!! This establishment is 100%,absolutely,and positively worth going THERE versus any other Dunkin Donuts in the area!!! And I speak the truth on this subject…seeing as how I live closer to a Dunkin Donuts on the next road(approximately 5 minutes away)…but choose to ride a little longer to go to THIS Dunkin Donuts!!! 2 thumbs up from this avid coffee drinker here

Put so much ice in the drink I had to get another one. You would think they would just make you another one at no charge but no I had to pay dor it. Remember to tell them to go easy on the ice

Never ever going to Dunkin again! Lady couldn’t help us with our T-Mobile coupon for a free coffee and left a Boston creme out of the sack. Taking my business elsewhere where I’m not dealing with human robots and a kios anymore!

Be careful, not like any other Dunkin! Those people will stand and look at u and totally ignore you. Incredibly horrible customer service there.
