Today was not good. There’s plenty of people there to work yet, my breakfast wraps were crunchy, supposed to be soft, bacon was like leather. Also, someone doesn’t know how to prepare an apple fritter. They were like doe with Apple pie filling shot into it.

I’ve never had an issue with this location before I do not understand why they thought it was okay to give this to me. It’s completely destroyed.

Employees argued about my order until I pointed out sticker showing correct order on bag. Returned to store for refund, short-changed on refund. Quit trying to save the last 4 XL hot coffee cups for employees and worry about the orders in front of you. I will drive an extra 5 minutes to not return to this disaster – store cuts corners to save money at customer experience’s expense. Regular drink lids don’t exist here, guaranteed to spill. Light ice to these ppl means no ice. Random items ALWAYS out of stock.

So happy I STOPPED in, found everything healthy that did not void my efforts in continuing my weight loss. The avacoda toast was on point so was the freshly brewed decaf coffee on my afternoon stop. Service was outstanding.

Our iced Lattes were perfect! I could taste the expresso. The one in Bartram is mostly milk, i always order extra shot and you could tell which was mine. Bartram they all look and taste the same, like no extra shot.

This location needs to get it together. No one in the store, one person in the drive thru. I ordered and paid for 25 Munchkins and got 17. I walked inside and four employees walked past me as I am standing there waiting for some sort of acknowledgment. Finally when I was helped, I got attitude.. money is tight and if I wanted 17 munchkins that’s what I would’ve ordered and paid for. Wonder how many more times they’ve ripped me off …. And who knows if the owner read these reviews so the service will never change.

I added bacon to my bagel and it completely confused them. One of them employees had curly red hair all over the place. Why couldn’t he have a hairnet on? It was so inappropriate and unsanitary? The bread on my girlfriend’s sourdough breakfast sandwich wasn’t even toasted. My bagel wasn’t toasted. Really? I’m just amazed at the level of incompetence in businesses these days. If I weren’t a manager in a customer service oriented sales field I wouldn’t believe it myself. Yes, I’m hiding behind my girlfriend’s login. This country is in dire strait’s.

I sat in the drive through for at least three minutes. No one said anything. A worker was sitting outside. I sat a little while longer and pulled off as a couple was walking inside. Really upset about my time being wasted and a sign could’ve been put up or something.

I went through the drive thru in the morning. The guy on the intercom asked for my order, I start to tell him… a large iced macchia…..”maam hold one moment please” so I paused and was waiting for him to say “ok go ahead with your order” he didn’t. He came back on the intercom a few seconds later and said “maam you’re holding up the line, go ahead and order” ..the line didn’t even budge while I was at the ordering screen…very rude. You don’t tell your customers, hold on then immediately tell them they are holding up the line when the line wasn’t even moving. I don’t think I’ll be back to this one for a while
