My wife went there yesterday morning to get breakfast and coffee. When she was 3/4 of the way done with her iced coffee she stirred the bottom with the straw, to get the last of the flavor and sugar mixed back in, and roach came floating to the surface.
I went on the app and contacted customer support and their fix for this problem was to refund the cost of the drink. I could care less about the money at this point, this is a health concern. I have worked in pest control industry for over 15 years and this is concerning to me.
Stop just refunding peoples money and fix the pest issue.

Drive through is always a delightful experience and our food is always great. We’ve had the pleasure of being served by Hannah twice now and I swear they are a ray of sunshine! Always positive, happy and upbeat!

Always good but much slower through the drive-thru than it should ever be – it took me 25 minutes from beginning to end. To waste that much time for coffee on my way to work is outrageous. Obviously someone doesn’t know how to manage that store.

Lobby closed on a Saturday afternoon? No signage? Not outside not even on the door. Wow. I’m sure there may be a good reason but just be customer friendly and let your paying customers aware. SMH

Just wanted to order a drink. People are rude and do not want to work. If it is just drive thru they should close the lobby. It is also a customer service job, so why do I have to use a kiosk in the lobby when there was a man doing nothing behind the counter.

Don’t know how to make a drink the first or the second time. Never had a good experience here and the customer service sucks. Not one to make reviews but u guys definitely deserve this one if a new person makes my drink wrong the first time, have someone else make it cause she still made it wrong the 2nd time.

I come up here pretty often and always get my omelette by and my snack bacon at the drive-thru oh, and I love the employees at the window. I get random compliments and it really makes my day. My food us always delicious and warm. Thank you!

The guy cooking was rude!!! I asked to get another batch of hash browns because mine were burnt he gave me attitude and said they gonna look the same! I’ll pay more for Starbucks for quality and politeness
