2nd Dunkin Donuts location I went to today only to be told they are out of Donuts. Seriously, your sign says Donuts on it. I wonder if they get 6 of each of flavor. I won’t visit a Dunkin Donuts location again. Next time I want an old fashioned Donut, I’ll go to a grocery store that has a bakery. Dumpin Donuts has lost my business.

I will never go to this location ever again! I went inside to order some donuts. I understand there’s staffing issues. But I waited inside for 10 minutes without getting help. All I got was an employee saying “ I will be with you in a minute.” Never got help or donuts so I left.

Not sure if all Dunkin’s are like this or if this store is just bad. The donuts are awful, the service is horrible. Severe lack of management at this location.

Every time I come here I’m told they can’t make something . Such as special drinks that are cold brew I’ll ask to be frozen but same flavor there is a particular lady who does it every time and then they say they can’t do that . And then I got the cold brew instead this time and it looked nothing like it did on the screen and tasted like a whole different drink from when I got it frozen . Also incredibly slow every single time and I’ve never had a cheerful attitude from even one of them . I will not be using this location anymore .

I’m very disappointed to say the least. I came here because I had a $2 off coupon. It took 17 minutes, SEVENTEEN with only two cars in front of us when we pulled up, just to get 2 orders of the hash browns and 1 order of rollups. Snack size foods. They charged $8.94 on my card and gave me a dozen donuts. I had told them, after my hands were already all over the box and had opened it, that this was not my order. They took back the donuts. 11 minutes had already gone by. Now it’s going to take days before my money goes back on my card and after all this they STILL charged me fully for my snack sized food, $5.44. And guess what? They didn’t take the $2 off. As we pulled away, I saw them give those same exact donuts to the car behind us. Not cool. Never coming back. There are other places that won’t take this long nor make these same mistakes. Such a shame.

We arrived at the drive thru at 9:10. Waited for 7 minutes and finally said “hello”. A snarky male voice came back and told us they would be with us as soon as possible. We waited another 5 minutes. I got out to see if anyone was still waiting at the window- no one.
We ended up driving away.
They were not busy inside and I’m guessing they just didn’t care that customers were now waiting in the drive thru with a line wrapped around the building. GET WITH IT DUNKIN.

The flavor coffee my husband got for me was the white chocolate cold brew and I thought it tasted a lot like a white russian. I didn’t care for it. I usually really like their sausage, egg and cheese croissants, but this time the one he got me didn’t have any flavor. I still ate it, but thought it was worth noting.

Had no idea there were 24 hour drive-thru dunkins! We went at a particularly busy time, so might update to 5 stars later. They were very busy and out of a couple things we ordered through the app, but staff was friendly and everything was delicious!

The line is wrapped around the building and it isn’t moving at all. This is ridiculous for fast food. Two people in front of me had to force their way out of line. Finally reaching the window after 45 minutes.
