I stopped by for a quick bite 8/22/22 @ 1pm. Happy to say, it was a good experience. Both employees worked well together and were nicely organized. Customer service was friendly and quick. Thanks!

This is my third time here and I haven’t had any issue. There wasn’t something specific wrong thing and I can say coffee as always same tastes. I was satisfied.

Just went in stood at counter for 5 min and then noticed the worker sanding on his phone not paying any attention. Walked out and had my friend go in to get me a Matcha tea that is advertised on the screen. He was able to order, paid, then the guy said they aren’t doing matcha tea. Are you kidding me?? Im just thirsty. Got a different drink……15 minutes later. Totally unprofessional.

i don’t know who this girl is, but i ordered a cold brew with almond milk and caramel swirl. she put it into my receipt, and she gave me just straight cold brew. no almond milk or caramel just straight black coffee. also she barely spoke to us. definitely won’t go back to this one again.

Ordered two cold brews that weren’t steeped properly. So we brought it to the attention of the person working that day. They went above and beyond to make things right, and made our day in the process!

Wtf… I literally saw a lady walking eat cereal with the gloves back on at around 7:15-7:20 if you have cameras watch.. todays date. Unsanitary,,. Tossed my sandwich.

I’m a regular Customer at this location. I normally come in before work Monday thru Friday. On Saturday morning, July 9th I visited the location and ordered my usual coffee along with a Maple Sausage sandwich, lightly toasted, no egg. I waited and then when my order was ready, Jennifer the associate who prepared my order came and called out the order she was holding. The order was for me and I asked her “Lightly Toasted” her response was very rude “What lightly toasted”. I just looked at her, took the order and walked away. I got home in 5 minutes and then sat down to eat. I opened the sandwich and yes the croissant was lightly toasted but the sausage was burnt beyond recognition! I took a photo of the so called sandwich. On Monday before work I returned and was about to order and ask for the Manager but then I saw Jennifer. I was calm and cool and there were other employees and customers to witness what happened next. I said to Jennifer “I came Saturday and order, this is what you gave me (showing her the photo)she quickly went into defense mode saying she was not at work then said oh yeah yes I was. Jennifer looked at the cashier and said “Huh, just ring her order and don’t charge her. She seemed to be irritated by my accusation. She walked off then came back and said “Sorry about that, they did not tell me the machine settings were messed up and which button I should have selected to cook your food”. My point is it does not matter that the machine used to cook my food was not working. Jennifer is responsible because she saw the food was burned and still chose to serve it to me instead of telling me that it was burned. Had she told me, I could have selected something else from the menu. Its called “Customer Service” which she is rotten at. Each time I’ve encountered Jennifer she’s been rude and to her co-workers as well. Not just rude with me but other customers…..she needs training in how to deal with people. Furthermore she needs an attitude adjustment and a different job.

1pm-3pm definitely recommend on the go ordering if you want to avoid the lines since it gets super busy also around 7 am. over all the staff is friendly. Sometimes is a hit and miss when they have a new person but they are really great at redoing your coffee order if it’s not as you wanted.

It was good. Typical Dunkin’ mixed with regular good and expected service from a Dunkin’. The Pink Strawberry Coconut Refresher is amazing!
