Giving 2 stars because the staff is always kind no matter how short staffed they are.
Today I had my last straw with product quality. I ordered all glazed munchkins and this is what I got. Went inside to get what I ordered and the woman said their building is too hot and the glaze melted. Okay that’s fine, BUT WHY SELL THE PRODUCT????
Whoever owns this location needs to get something figured out. I will not return.

Just got my iced coffee. The ice is almost melted. It’s supposed to be sweet flavors and sugar. It’s really hard to drink. I come here every other day and I find it the cheapest coffee price. But the taste of the coffee always taste different, like they don’t have a recipe to follow. Things are so expensive now, I’d really appreciate more consistency. It’s frustrating to buy coffee from here and now I have to go somewhere else to get another one that I can actually drink. Waste of money today.

Staff at this location can’t be bothered to communicate. When it is your turn to order, you’ll maybe get a “Welcome to Dunkin” at most. No prompt such as “What can I get for you?” which leaves you wondering if they’re actually ready to take your order. They will end by asking “Is that it?” and not provide a total or any other response. Service at the window isn’t any better. At least half the time, donuts are provided face down in the bag and melted, causing all the icing to get lost. Drinks are inconsistent, generally a burnt taste that we don’t get at other locations. Seems really poorly managed in all aspects.

This by far has been the worst location I’ve ever been to other Dunkin’ donut. It work nothing less of disrespectful, short and rude. Customer service is something that they should definitely figure out before working with the public ever again including management. This almost makes me never want to go back to a Duncan even away from this location.

That is being nice. This used to be my go to store its not even a mile from my house and on my way to work. But I stopped coming to this store 3 months ago because of the rude, eye rolling people that work here. I will continue to drive all the way to antioch to get dunkin because this store is awful. Today was my breaking point with this store after 3 months I just wanted to grab a quick coffee. I asked for a large brown sugar cold brew. First sge gives me someone else odrer dorsnt dumo it out i wanted her give it to the next people in line after me. That is not okay. So then They gave me my order its not right. They give me a medium so I said hey this isn’t right she so the girl just dumps the medium it in a large cup adds more ice amd hands it back to me. Non of this is okay. I’ll go back to antioch where at least they are not serving people drinks I have already had my hands all over and they are not rude to me. This while store needs some real training.

Ordered the 25 count chocolate munchkins and when I got home they weren’t iced, whoever put them in the box obviously wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care enough to make sure it was right. Just saw the review before mine was the same issue, if the store is too hot to ice them then put them in the fridge or put the icing on the side so the customer at least has some and isnt SOL. And the girl at the drive thru didn’t give me my receipt. Won’t be recommending this dunkin to anyone or returning.

Stopped by with my little brother while I was in the area, I usually go to the Liberty location. I ordered the bacon bites and a latte. They gave me raw bacon in a bag.. it was cold and chewy. I’m honestly not sure it had been cooked at all. The woman at the register was rude and acted like us ordering was an inconvenience. To top it all off they have peeling wallpaper with mold in the sitting area. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Ordered a drink that was a special deal and employee didnt know what the deals were so I had to pay full price. Bagels were very chewy. Didnt taste very fresh.

Great place and the staff is always friendly. It’s probably the only Dunkin I’ve been to where my drink is actually stirred up. The others always give me a drink with everything sitting at the bottom of the cup! It’s so annoying.
