Never have had an issue w this location even though it’s not my regular location. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese Croissant it came out burnt. The egg with soggy,the only thing that was done right was the sausage. If I wasn’t already back at work and starving. I would have went back. Next time I will be checking my food before I leave the window. Sorry to whom ever will be behind me, you may need to check yours too.

Exceptional customer service at the drive through. The best bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly. Best pumpkin cream cold brew too. Quality products from quality people. Thank you for being awesome.

I hadn’t been in DD’s for many years. I did miss the coffee counter right in front of the donuts. I also missed the large variety we could choose from.
This was a nice food experience. The variety we had was tasty and I guess I have to get used to ordering special coffee. Very clean and very pleasant!
Hard to hear through those masks. I hate asking people to repeat themselves I know they get tired of it.
I give it 4 stars because there was nothing bad. Just different than I am accustomed too

We stopped here around 12:10pm (4/25/22) there was only 2 ladies working but they were absolutely AMAZING!! They gave my pups some pupuccino’s and asked us to pull forward to the back door so they can keep the line moving while they made our bagels. They are hard working ladies and deserve a shout out unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. Thanks for the great service!!!

I went there 5/26/2022 about 1:30pm through the drive through. After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker, she finally asked for my order. She had to repeat it back multiple times, it was painful, I only ordered a medium cold brew with foam. after going around the corner there was a car at the window. They kept on passing orders back and forth. this took 15 Minutes! The driver had to pull up because her orders were still wrong. When I got to the window, the medium cold brew’s ice was melted and she had to make another one. Since I was in the lane trapped by the cars and the high curb, I would have driven away. Poor service with no regard for the customers time. 20 minutes is a long time to get a cup of coffee! Not going back!

This is my usual Dunkin! I’d say the accuracy is about 90% for my orders, and the wait times can vary greatly based on the daily rush. Their staff are super friendly and they give my husky pup cups so I don’t mind the waits!

I went to this location at Atlantic Boulevard in girvin Road on October 3rd 2022 at 8:00 a.m.. they were not very busy and they were not very professional. I ordered a large hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was burnt and falling apart look like somebody cut the croissant with a chainsaw and the coffee was scorched. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location. It seems like the employees are more worried about their rap music then then for fighting customers with good quality service. It seems like they higher anyone that wants a job in the ghetto to come work at this location

No problem with donuts apart from barely any apple in them.Employees were working hard. Hash brows burnt and cold. Asked them to replace them. They did again burnt and cold .6 tots mashed together in a lump. Disappointing as it’s a bit pricey. Publix have better donuts!

Went there yesterday morning. Got to drive thru at 645. Sat there for 5 minutes. 2 cars ahead, 4 or 5 behind me at that point. The first car at speaker drove away. Assuming to window. The lady in front of me was steady trying to get someone to take order. Nothing. She went to window. It’s 655 by now. She drove away. I pull up. They had just gotten there apparently. The younger girl looked like who did it and ran, she was a real ray of sunshine. I’m assuming the lady that was maybe the manager was real classy. I said I’d call corporate offices and make a complaint. The younger girl gives me a sarcastic thumbs up. Way to be professional. I wish I was recording. I went to the Starbucks up the road. My iced coffee was better than dunks will ever be down here. Dunks isn’t the same. I’ve been going since I was a kid. Over 20 years.

So goood! This place is always busy!!! I’ve been coming here for almost two years now. Everyone in the drive thru and inside are always nice too me, even though you can tell it’s stressful in the morning rush. My coffees and Sammy aren’t always pretty. But I LOVE how the employees keep showing up and are putting on the good face in these dire times of running out of EVERYTHING!
