Had driven past here twice, looking for the HOT sign. Finally, an hour later it was ON! I went in to grand some of the delicious doughnuts and blessed a few people with my coupons and even paid for some for a friendly couple that was there. They were oh so DELICIOUS!
HOWEVER, I had a time trying to get the cashier to enter my phone number that I may get the credit for my purchase, she kept wanting to totally omit adding the number…I totally didn’t get that!

I am thrilled every time I go I don’t care how much it cost for a piece of fried dough. I love consistency and I have found it on Cassat Ave since I was hanging on the counter and watching the donuts flip into the glaze. I’m 60 yrs old now and shooting for a hundred years of Krispy Kreme. I’m happy to say my Grandsons love them too.

Love the original glazed especially when “hot now”!! There’s usually a line both inside and the drive thru, but it usually moves pretty quick so never really have to wait to long. Definitely recommend if your craving something sweet.

I remember we use to travel a long way to get Great donuts from here and pick up extra for people in the neighborhood. Not anymore. I don’t know what happened to this place. Customer service sucks. The employee’s are not friendly. Nobody wants to work anymore just there for a pay check. Very disappointed!!!!!

Ordered online a dozen assorted. Picked 4 of their chocolate glazed and some other types. Drove 20 minutes home, opened the box and there were no chocolate glazed. They were chocolate frosted. They could have at least told me they were out of the chocolate glazed ones and let me choose what I wanted instead of giving me whatever they felt like and then saying nothing

I visit this location because it’s the most convenient location for me and my family. The doughnuts are always fresh and the customer service is usually awesome. I wanted to specifically mention Alijah at the Cassatt ave location who provided excellent customer service. Hopefully management will see this and give him kudos. Thank you young man for being both polite and professional.
