I ordered a late night snack like I usually do with Uber Eats and was completely appalled to see the result. Not a single menu item arrived as ordered for this meal of around $30.
The assorted mix of donuts was nowhere near the specified list. I got strawberry cream cheese instead of plain. My munchkins were replaced with Boston Creme donuts. One of my bagels wasn’t the type I requested.
And to add insult to injury, the store never even contacted me to let me know they were out of anything or needed to replace an item. As a 24 hour Dunkin, I would think that someone would be available to explain, but no.
If you’re reading this, you should be extremely weary of ordering at this Dunkin past midnight. You’ll have to deal with this negligent staff and will get no explanation for it. Smh. I just wanted some Donuts after a long day, dude.
I’m about to just get some Tim Hortons or Krispy Kreme

I don’t why but I think that #dunkin is the go to place for everyone. Whether it be a quick stop for coffee or a morning breakfast sandwich Dunkin’ has your back. Their baked goods are some of the best out there. With so many varieties of things to choose from I think I always opt for the donuts. I mean it was called “Dunkin’ Donuts” for a reason.
I think they have some of the best donuts . My favorites have to be the VANILLA CREME, BOSTON CREME, BLUEBERRY, CHOCOLATE GLAZED(not pictured), GLAZED STICK(not pictured), PUMPKIN… almost all of them lol But if I had the choice to pick only one it has to be the “VANILLA CREME”❤️ As a cake/frosting lover this is perfect for me. The frosting is perfectly sweetened and goes so well with the soft yeasted donut. And they don’t skimp you of the filling… so your getting the best of best with this choice.
P.S. I hate when my donuts aren’t filled to the max☝️.

Really how stupid do you have to be to put the sticker on it that says REGULAR and still make it an iced macchiato. Its 28 degrees warm coffee sure would be great. Hashbrowns burnt on the outside and not done inside at all. Rude people. Worst place around don’t go. You’ll regret

My boyfriend was ordering coffee on the drive thru and as soon as he said “can I get?” The employee started making fun of him and repeating “can I?” “Can I?” Then he started mumbling something in the background. He was probably drunk or just being annoying so he wouldn’t have to make coffee

Regularly visit this location stopped by tonight at 8 pm est only to be told their ovens were off and when I tried to order a coolata multiple times the cashier kept repeating back that I wanted an ice coffee which I did not. After she laughed and said “it’s the same thing” I decided to forget the order altogether. Please train your staff.

Morning staff is usually good. However the night staff are extremely rude, specifically that guy with glasses n gray hair. I go there all the time, the least they can do is be polite. Well I guess they don’t really care one customer more or less is all the same. I’ll make sure to spread the word.

Unfortunately everytime, I go here the coffee is ether to bitter or too sweet. My order is oatmilk, latte with one pump of brown sugar. I oder this at every DD I go to. They just don’t get it right at this drive through. Also, staff is good they take the order well, very attentive that is way I gave a 3, they have good staff. Maybe need to go over how to make coffee in the coffee pot. ☕️ idk!
