When I visited this place and I wanted to use the restroom they locked it on my face completely

I placed two online orders for coffee bagels donuts maybe almost spending $15 on it

And being a customer I should be entertained and allowed to use the restroom but they didn’t let me Even for washing my hands

This is it this is very disrespectful than inhuman

The people don’t understand language looks like everybody here works are not educated enough to understand English


This is the worst Dunkin in JC. I walked in ordered my breakfast and coffee and she had me repeat my order 3 times & the other employee looked at me and laughed as if that was funny. I have a lot of patience so it didn’t bother me at all she was “typing” my order in the register well Atleast that’s what I thought she then walked away into the employee area came back to me and asked me what I wanted again. I repeated again she gave me my coffee and after waiting more than 10 mins for my sandwich the other employee asked me what am I waiting for and she finally gave me my sandwich mind you there was only one other customer after me. It felt like they were doing this on purpose. When I finally went to go drink my coffee she gave me a complete different coffee nothing close to what I ordered. All I wanted was my coffee horrible experience. The manager always messes up my order on purpose or miss something in my order.

Worst customer service EVER. The employee refused to take our order or allow me to use the store restroom. She even came and made sure the door was locked to the bathroom area while passing me at the cashier not taking my order. Hateful sick people. I did nothing wrong, in and out all under 5 mins because I do not tolerate such nonsense for no reason. Fire off Egyptian employees with a bad attitude or continue to lose customers.

Worst dunking ever there’s a guy taking the drive thru orders Rude !! I asked for a cheddar twist bagel with cream cheese and bacon and he literally yelled at me and told me they don’t open the bagel I told him every other dunking makes it and he wanted to give it to me on a side and also where giving me my drinks wrong and they just kept pretending it was another drink and they kept giving me the same one back until I kept repeating it was wrong and that I wouldn’t take ir they finally changed it !! Super rude never going back there !

This store NEVER gets my order right. Today I asked for an iced decaf coffee with pumpkin swirl and cream with the pumpkin cold foam. When I got there they had a hot pumpkin. So I showed them my on the go order, and insisted it get fixed. She did fix it, but now she left off the cold foam. What does it take for people to correctly read the incoming orders??? Will definitely not be going there again. I’m also going to report this on their corporate page and hopefully something will be done.


I ask, Maybe the worst Dunkin Donuts around? No, this is 100% the worst Dunkin Donuts anywhere I’ve been to. Extremely slow service, they constantly get my order wrong, very rude staff (the drive through lady, nastiest I’ve ever seen) and most recently, they question my order/business – In my order there were 2 bottles of coke, an egg and cheese croissant, everything bagel w/cream cheese, etc. – AND surprise, surprise I only got one bottle of coke at the window and no receipt. I had to ask for the receipt, and was charged for 2 bottles, so I show the lady. She then says, “If you got coffee why do you need the soda?” Funny thing is I did not get coffee (coffee at this location is nasty) – all because I asked for the second bottle of soda I Paid for. All my business will go to Wonder Bagles right across the street. They don’t have a drive through, but I value service over convenience.

It is so difficult attempting to communicate with the employees that work here. Every time I come there’s an issue with completing even the most trivial of tasks, and then I’m met with attitude. On one occasion, I had to repeat my order 4 different times to 4 different people, and still had a 5th person come and ask me what I ordered. I get the employees are trying their best (or maybe they aren’t, who knows) but you’re better off saving yourself the frustration and going somewhere else.

If I could give a negative. I definitely would. Every time I go there. You are standing at the counter for at least 10mins before someone will acknowledge that you are there. Then they come over with the nastiest of attitudes. Like today. Once the Manger came over she was very rude. So I told her never mind and she rolled her eyes. Didn’t even apologize for not acknowledging that I was there for so long. My fiance even said to her. Not one person acknowledge that we were there or even said please one minute we will be right with you. She didn’t have anything to day. NEVER GO THERE!!!!
