My local Dunkin! They’ve always served me quickly even when they get tons of mobile orders from the hospital workers across the street. Just wish it was a drive thru too, but it’s Jersey City so can’t complain too much bout that.

I been coming to this establishment for years bc my Doctor is across the street, and the service is usually great, but today was different while I was talking to one of the employees undecided about my order, another employee name (annie) came and removed all the change from the cup I think is for donations, like I was going to steal or something. I asked the male employee that I was speaking to first why she did that,he shook his head surprise and said Idk. I think that was sooo unexceptable , and I wanna make a complaint.

Me and my wife went to have coffee and desserts. There was a person in the restroom who was screaming and carrying on for 15minutes. When he came out, we was a large Male who was totally on drugs. He was soaking wet. And had no idea we he was. We asked the employees to call the police. They handled themselves. We really felt our lives were endangered, when he came out. We will take this to corparate, this was not handled properly, and put many customers lives in danger. Maybe Dunkin Donuts doesn’t want bad publicity, but in this case, they jeopardize our lives. The man had totally destroyed the restroom, at which point they had to close the restroom. We will no longer go back to this establishment.

My coffee was great. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted and the girls were just chatting their life away in the back and I didn not get what I paid for. Please get some employees that will pay attention to customers orders. And I was there with one more customer so it was not even busy. I would understand if it was busy but that was not the case.
