I like their donuts but the employees at the telegraph location treat you poorly. Dining room is always closed with no sign so as you park and walk to the building you are even further back in line for the drive thru. In the drive through they really just want you to give them a quantity of donuts and they will choose the assortment. I feel like I end up upset every time I go here.
On a previous trip I got to where you order and asked for a dozen donuts. I was asked if they could choose the assortment for me or if I wanted to choose. I stated I would like to choose and was told to “proceed forward” which I interpreted as pull forward to the window. When I arrived at the window I was asked why I didn’t finish my order. Apparently proceed forward means list what donuts you want.
On another trip they also wouldn’t split out my order into 2 bags.
Great customer experience! Quality was great as well. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working the drive-thru was very kind (realized I was having a bad day) and had a quick chat with me. Made my day! He even asked how my iced latte was (very good) and wished me a good day.
Horrible service. Let’s not start on how long it takes to get a meal out, or the fact they are almost out of doughnuts. That can be explained. But when you wait 20 minutes and your sandwich comes out with just bacon, you return it…next one comes out no cheese.. employees clearly inexperienced on how fast food works.. ps bathrooms and inside tables a mess. But let’s pays these people 20 bucks an hour for showing up.
This Dunkin is garbage. We just moved to the area and were exvited to have one so close, but they have gotten our order wrong almost every single time. I even order through the app to make it easier for them but it seems they can’t see the order, or are too lazy to reference back to it, because they are always asking me what I ordered. We will not be going back and I suggest everyone go somewhere else.
I waited patiently in the long line for 20 minutes on Mothers Day. Ordered donuts for my son and a Bacon Egg and Cheese croissant for my husband. They did not give a total, just told me to pull around. When I got up to the window they only had charged me for the donuts. She told me I would have to go back through the line. I was laughed because I thought it was a little crazy since it was their error. I did not go back through the line (sorry husband), and tend to hold grudges for bad service, so not sure when I’ll go back. I guess I’ll have to wait in the Krispy Kreme line now. Happy Mothers Day! .
Might want to change your hours if you’re going to be closing an hour earlier than listed.
Most of the time I have a decent experience here. Except for the multiple times in a row when there was no cold brew.
Have you ever gone to a Dunkin’ Donuts and have the staff tell you they are out of donuts…not just a type, literally all donuts.
I have a bad experience everytime I come here. The staff is lazy and will give you excuses on why things aren’t available. Oh by the way, asked for a sunrise batch coffee too, and they were out of that. Don’t go here.
I don’t usually go out of my way to write a bad review but this dunkin donuts trip was exceptionally bad. First of all the lady at the drive thru was really rude, I haven’t been to a dunkin in a long time and I wanted a drink but wanted to know what flavors I could get because I couldn’t find it on the menu. I asked the lady and she said “the same flavors we always have”… very helpful. I just said the first flavor that I could think of just to not inconvenience her any further. I also ordered some Boston creme donuts in a dozen donuts and there is hardly any chocolate on the tops of these donuts… I have never seen this in my life. We got these donuts to take to family in Arkansas since they don’t have dunkin there… very dissatisfied.
This being a drive thru only store and not even allowing mobile orders pick up inside really hinders my feelings about this store. I can place a Mobil order and wait 10 min in the drive thru only to recieve watery coffee. The coffee itself can be pretty hit or miss. I can say 2 pumps of the vanilla flavor that’s sweet and I can get either too much or none at all, very rarely is it accurate. I think they need a different way of doing things especially during peak times. Offering pick up for mobile orders in store would be one, and maybe they actually caring and double checking when they make the drinks. As far as food I have pretty much zero complaints at least. If there’s another dunkin close by you or where you are going, just stop there. I find myself frequently going to Arnold. The only time I really enjoy this one is whenever there is the two males that are working because that’s the only time I’ve ever got an accurate drink.
The hours need to be updated…not the employees fault, but I go here everyday, sometimes more than once a day for coffee and everyday the closing time is different. Today I called to see what time they closed, I was told 7pm. I got there at 6:50 and the automated message said they were yet again closed and would reopen at 5am. Extremely disappointing.
