This location is always clean and often busy. We’ve been here numerous times, usually before noon. The staff are mostly young people who are being trained, in retail and in customer service. They have always been pleasant and professional. Behind the counter they listen to their peers and learn. I hear their conversations – always polite, about the business and procedures. When they’re changing shifts and in the customer side of the counter they are still friendly and pleasant. It seems management at this location is doing a fine job of selecting good young people and training them well. My advice to customers is – be patient. You were once young, maybe scared at your first public job. Be nice. We enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the good work guys. There was a time when we too had to go through ‘training’. It’s all good. Thanks for doing a great job.
I love the cold brew but can’t consume dairy, every time without fail they send me one full of cream.
It’s my fault for continually ordering it and expecting a different result.
I am getting so frustrated with ordering through Skip (not Skips fault). I always order 2 coffees and a Steeped Tea and when I get it at my door it’s Coffee….sure enough I check my bill and it’s Tea. This is the second time this week (and numerous other times), I called on 2 days ago, just to ask the Manager to make sure they were reading the instructions correctly. But 2 days later the same thing – please have your staff look at the screen more carefully.
We just ordered two double double coffee’s and they tasted wrong. In asking the counter staff to correct it they argued that not all double doubles have cream or sugar. That they can be different. I had nothing to reply with that. Double double is a description and a Canadian icon phrase for one single thing. Also the tables and floors were very dirty. We had to ask for napkins to clean one for ourselves.
I have been here several times and ever single time the drive threw is ridiculously slow. There could be only a few cars in front of you and it still takes several minutes to get through. Good luck if it is actually busy, just walk away.

It is clean inside, well maintained, not a very busy location, but the service is ridiculously slow.
Today was my 3rd attempt since this location opened to see if things had improved. My first visit months ago was a fail and I assumed was due to extreme short staffing and mistakes as they were new. The second time was in September and they did not listen to instructions of some food items that made it inedible at my destination afterwards of 20minutes away so lost $13. Today I placed a $23 order and not one thing was correct! There was a very long lineup so I could not check it all and then I had to be somewhere shortly (15min away) so again, lost money. The mistakes were not minor either – they literally did not get one thing correct and I was missing items!
This is the BIGGEST Tim’s I have ever seen – one the same lot as A&W.The drive-thru is massive, but I like to go inside whenever possible.Friendly – hardworking (overworked?) staff. Keep up the good work.
