The worst! This location is an embarrassment to other one star reviews. Not only is the store the only one “closed on the inside due to staffing issues” (even though they have 9 people “working” on the inside) After a almost 45 min wait the coffee is so watered down it makes no sense. It’s like they ran out of syrup and said humm there’s a corner left I have a great idea let’s fill it with water and shake it up and charge $5 for it. My advice to the reader is to stick with Starbucks at least they will remake it when it’s bad.

It’s a smaller location and the drive through can get backed up on the weekends. Driver beware. But, if you walk in I’ve never had a problem standing in line.

You would think they know the difference between a blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip. Disappointing. A 5 minute trip that took 20 minutes. Sunday mornings are a no go for this location.

I love Dunkin’. When my old people like Will and another man who worked there was present, my coffee was always right never had any problems!! This new/recent staff, they can never get it right and it’s not a hard iced coffee to make. But gave it 5 stars because I love Dunkin .

I feel like I caught them on an off morning. My iced coffee was loaded with sugar and I had to spit it out when I took a sip. They did remake it for me and it was better but still not what I ordered. I hope this was a fluke because I love Dunkin’ coffee but honestly was not happy with my morning coffee this go around.

Horrible place to go! They need to replace this Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s a waste of space we have been waiting in line for almost 20 minutes horrible customer service! I really hope they replace us donut place because it seems to be the only one that’s close in our side of Durham. I would advise you to check your order because when I checked my bags there are missing a couple items! I

This is the worst dunkin donuts ever. They’re supposed to open at 6:00 am. I arrived at 6:30 and went around a couple times and clearly saw the worker there doing NOTHING. She had a ponytail with blonde strips on her hair. Literally doing nothing. me and another car sat in line waiting and nobody ever said anything through the drive through. if i could, i’d rate this dunkin 0 stars. please, work on being open on time. it’s been almost an hour that it was supposed to be open and it’s not. very disappointed.

They just threw my donuts in the bag without being wrapped and then when I told them the girl just stuck her hands in the bag with no gloves on touching on my donuts, stuffed some paper in there and tried to give it back to me. I would never go back to this location again.

This location is literally incapable of making your drink in a reasonable time. Be prepared to be 15 minutes late to work if you want a latte
