Clean Dunkin’ that was easy to access and leave from the main road. The staff very friendly and upbeat. Our orders were taken right away. Our coffees were hot, fresh and made as ordered.

This dunkin has the WORST service I have ever experienced. After having to correct my order twice in the drive-thru, I was greeted at the window to a young woman on her personal phone talking to someone about their boyfriend. I was never acknowledged. I only got her hand out asking for my card/cash. I then get my order and it was incorrect. As soon as I look back at her she states in a dismissive manner, “its right.” I ask for the additional items to correct my order and she closes the window. Opens it again, and asks what I need.. as if its somehow unclear.
All I ordered was a small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar…
I will NEVER go back to that place again. The staff show no respect for the customers and I will never give them a penny of my money again.

I’ve been coming here everyday for some reason hoping it will change and it never does. I order the same exact thing everyday and never is the same, I get something different almost everyday. The staff is completely rude half the time. I heard one girl the other day “why do they keep ordering that” one of the other girls that is extremely nice and awesome corrected her and said “because they can” I just don’t understand how they can mess up that bad coming from somebody that worked at Dunkin’ Donuts all through high school college it just doesn’t make any sense. Fortunately There’s another Dunkin up the road sadly they’re not much better though!

Mr Emanuel in the window is AMAZING!!!Even if I’m having a bad day he always seems to make it better. I hope his customer service earns him his own store one day. He deserves it!

Nyria is AMAZING. She handled both sides of the counter like a BOSS. She handled orders and customers with grace and efficiency. You should definitely pay her more! She is amazing!

This location always closes early and has either the dining room closed. With no other coffee options near by this is extremely frustrating

I live in Charlotte NC visiting Durham for my nephew b/day. Went to Dunkin. service was POOR. If I could have given them a ZERO I would. The cashier was HORRIBLE. Very nasty 2 me didn’t greet me am I am a secret shooter if I worked for Dunkin. she would get a zero. I had to say ur customer service is very bad I spoke to her ab poor service. BUT the white woman behind me she smile said good afternoon. Listen my money is just as green as anyone. All client should be treated with respect and should get great customer service.
Can’t find my receipt bc I wanted her name on this. Friday 4/22 around noon. Just horrible service.

This location can be hit or miss. Lately, they have been great at giving me another option if an item is sold out or not available. Dunkin is my go to coffee shop, and they tend to have most promotional available from time to time.

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The place was a bit hidden away. Make sure you walk past the USPS store. The store is hidden very well.

The hours of operation are a joke. It says Monday-Friday 6 am. That’s only if your lucky. Most days it is at 30 minutes to an hour late when they finally open. The owner must not care about their store.
