Needs better customer service! Ordered and paid for 3 coffees, gave me 2. Fixed the issue quickly! Cool. But I am diabetic and asked for a coffee with SPLENDA. Gave me regular sugar & when I asked about it, they argued they put “splenda” when I clearly see and taste the sugar. Had to take it because I am on the way to work and they didn’t change it when I first asked instead they wanted to double check I was saying the truth. Really unfortunate! I love dunkin please be more considerate for employees trying to make a quick effective stop!
This location has ridiculous policies. I ordered ahead on the app but because they were short staffed and had no manager so no one could enter the lobby (3hrs after they opened). They made me wait in a long drive thru line to pick up my coffee and were not allowed to just hand me my order at the door. There was also no signage to this effect. I don’t blame the workers because they’re just following directions and it’s not their fault they’re understaffed but management needs to provide better service (or turn off mobile ordering if it’s not available!). EDIT: I got to the window almost mins after I’d ordered and it still wasn’t ready.
The fact that I see people even give this place more than three stars baffles me this place is ridiculous. Their drive-through is beyond slow at whatever time you go especially in the morning. if you want to be late to work this is the place to go for coffee. Their customer service is the worst out of all the Dunkins that I have gone to. They can never get your order right not to mention every time I order a latte it’s lukewarm I literally have to ask them to make it extra hot in order to get it to be hot at all. They constantly run out of anything you ask for or their machines are always broken. I’ve given them multiple opportunities because they are the closest thing to my house and the only coffee shop with a drive-through that’s close but I prefer driving the extra mile to another Dunkin or a Starbucks. Do better.
Recently moved to the area and unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin. I’ve never consistently received worse service at a Dunkin before. I waited almost 9 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order – I decided to drive up to the window after waiting and they were all having a good time standing around chatting. They appeared to be frustrated with me interrupting their time and asked if I was going to go back around to the speaker. I told them I was at the window now after waiting at the speaker and had to ask them to take my order. Once we got half of our order, they shut the window to continue talking without giving us the other half of the order. We had to knock and tell them we were missing items. 90% of the visits here, something is wrong with the order or it’s extremely slow. I am now choosing to drive several minutes out of my way to go to another location.

Sadly this store consistently fails to deliver. Out of stock, wrong items given, items cold or warm at best. I will not say I am not going to Dunkin’ anymore… but I am done with this location. Something changed and it has gone downhill. Used to be a daily stop.
The several times I’ve been to this Dunkin locations seems like the morning crews lacks staff for the inside and just focuses on drove-thru orders. Wait was 3mins longer inside than the drive thru and more attention to detail as well. I normally order a Macchiato w/ a shot and last few times seemed extra sweet not coffee and then time after that it’s likes they forgot the sugar in all.
Just received my uber eats order….. No straw with my iced coffee, items not in a sealed bag, no protective tab on ice coffee. This is my first time complaining but this is not the first time this has happened. Thus location needs some culture changes.

I don’t know what happened to this location but the ice drink machine stays broken! The wait time has increased tremendously. This was my main location I used to visit…
1 year later thought I try again. Numerous times they are cleaning the latte machine. In 1 week 4x times the machine is down and I came at different times different days.
Done with this place…
horrible service. & if they don’t have items, and you’re ordering online they will still accept the order and wait for a driver to come and tell them they don’t have the item. very unprofessional. go to a different location!
I am usually on the run and love love my coffee; however, what I don’t love is choosing drive-thru and having my order made wrong twice.
Now, if only that was the only issue, but no! Unfortunately, not!
After having my order delivered wrong for a second time, I chose to go inside. I decided to cancel the whole thing and asked for something else, here is where my negative attitude changes to a more relaxed one just because, management acknowledged their mistakes and were very amicable to refund my money and gave me my meal on the house.
Now, with this said, I would like to clarify that after this situation was handled, I could say that customer service was almost top, especially so early in the morning!
However, I do not recommend using the Door Dash “pick up” option, as the app will not update to tell you when it’s ready. Note: My order was completed at 5:30 am or so…. I know pretty early, but still work is work…
