Truthfully, i was rather impressed by the way that melissa ran the store. Its rare that you see a person with the ability to take calls for the drive through, prep orders in the front, and manage to provide a sweet and caring tone towards her customers. She’s constantly checking for messes and anything that may be out of order so that it can be taken care of as soon as possible. Shes swift and precise and honestly doesn’t seem like she gets the recognition she is deserved. I hope to see more employees like her in the future!

I am appalled by the behavior of the store owner Sergio and manager Alexis. I have never in my years have dealt or witnessed people who are disgustingly disrespectful to staff and customers. My son worked for this store for a year and has always accommodated the customers and his supervisors but due to a false report, he was terminated without a warning. Unfortunately, he is not the only employee to be mistreated. I cannot count the number of employees who have worked here and quit within a few weeks of working because of the mistreatment of Sergio and management. The entitlement that management and Sergio display is revolting. Threatening employees without reason, firing them without cause, insulting customers and employees and the list goes on. Customer Service by Sergio and management is non-existent. They will rather let teenage employees handle disgruntled customers. The store is rarely stocked with its products, may be up to par when it comes to cleanliness and always short staffed.

Was standing in the drive thru speaker for more than 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Kept saying “hello” and they just responded “will be right with you”. There was nobody in front of us or in the restaurant. Still cannot understand why they kept us waiting. We ended up leaving.
In the past weeks, they have been out of all bottled drinks, and last Sunday they did not have any sandwiches for breakfast.

Melissa showed amazing service and had a beautiful positive attitude early in the morning. I go to Dunkin daily and wish every Dunkin had a few Melissa’s. Will definitely go to see her again at this location

They say they open at five but never are so when you drive around to the window they stare at you and laugh until 530 or 6 o’clock when they feel like opening. I’ve been coming to the store for close to a year now since it’s two minutes from my work and it is the worst service of any Dunkin’ Donuts in the entire country

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ because they made the best drinks but had to drop my rating because of the disgusting grill cheese they game me. I bit into it and it was horrible so I opened it to see the inside with burnt cheese and very little cheese at that. It tasted like melted plastic. The person that made it should have know better than to serve this to someone.

Tried calling here because I had a large order to place for tomorrow and was gonna try to give them a heads up…called about 10 times and no one answered, finally decided to try just one more time and someone answered. All they said was “hello” and I found it weird that they answered in such a casual manner so I said “is this Dunkin’ Donuts?” The person said no and so I apologized and told them that this number was listed as a Dunkin’ Donuts’ contact information, before I could even finish what I was saying they hung up on me…so either this place has TERRIBLE customer service like many other comments have stated or they have a random persons phone number as their contact information

I am here trying to figure out how to upload this picture of this black burnt croissant sandwich like I’m about to work a 12-hour shift this may be my only meal and I don’t want to eat it. me not checking my food before I pull up fast food is wack and Dunkin’ donuts is today. And you don’t deserve a one so I just had to press a start just to drop a comment

The latte was ok. However, customer service was bad, no greeting at all, they didn’t repeat my order back, they didn’t tell me how much is the total(I believe because of the COVID I didn’t get my receipt). I requested very very lite ice in my latte, even sticker on it literally says less ice but I got whole bunch of ice in it. This location have to work on their customer service!
