Everytime I stop here staff is friendly, even right at 5am when they open plus my order is always correct and my iced coffee is prepared to perfection, not once have I had to go back to have them add or remake anything. Good job, keep it up!

I went here in the morning to pick up a mobile order that Dunkin happily accepted.. after nobody took my order I knocked on the drive-thru window and an overweight black woman appeared from the kitchen and screamed at me that they were closed and nobody was there. I wonder why that woman’s employees didn’t show up.. maybe it’s because she is a terrible person. This location should be condemned.

I clearly stated what kind of sandwich I wanted…bacon egg and cheese croissant…I was the ONLY car in drive thru…got the sandwich with NO BACON… ♂️ ♂️ …service is horrible overalll

Worst franchisee of DD I have ever been to! Arrived and ordered then was told no milk, ordered again, then told out of cream, asked what was available and they said nothing. I asked about Dunkin refresher and if it had caffeine and they said no. I googled it and indeed it does. They were extremely rude especially Tay.

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. They are slower than stop, it takes about 10 minutes to get my coffee every time I come here. They keep the doors locked in the morning forcing you to go through the drive thru, and they are always out of stock on food items

i tried ordering inside since i had a delivery & at 8:30am the lobby doors were closed, i went thru the drive thru & waited over 20 mins just to talk to someone. by that time i didn’t want to order nothing but i told them about a doordash order i had to deliver & when i got to the window they parked me another 10 mins just to wait for a sandwich. very unprofessional & slow staff. i would never come back here & i wouldn’t recommend no one to come.

I went there at at 9:50 and the door was closed, so I went to the drive thru to ask them why the door was open and the guy on the speaker didnt say anything. When I asked again and a woman said very rudely that the door was open and I said that I tried but it was closed, and the the woman SCREECHED AT ME LIKE A PTERODACTYL that the door was open and if I wanted to order something, then I told her that she is rude and she said you are too. Never coming here again

This has to be the worst place that I have ever been I do deliveries for Uber eats and and doordash and every time I go there they never have everything that I need even though they accepted it yes I totally agree this place needs to be Closed down.

Unless you have half a lifetime, don’t go to this location. Slow & inept. There’s a 7 Eleven & a RaceTrac less than a block away. Alternatives to purchase a cup of brew & a breakfast treat.
