Received a mobile order ticket and call to let them know i had the wrong food the manager had the nerve to say not their problem call door dash. I had explained to her its yall fault they got food from you guys. Then had the audacity to tell me it’s impossible i got someone else order. How hard is a iced cappuccino? Fire the old lady, she doesn’t know what she’s doing. And then retrain the staff. When Olga was the manager this place actually paid attention. Now every employee looks too doped up or coked out to do anything.

They had cockaroaches crawling around the store and on the walls the bathrooms are never clean half the time the donuts are stale and the staff is lazy to do any interviews or even get people started to work after hiring them i had recieved a uniform as well as went out and bought specifics for their uniform after being informed im hired just to ignore my calls and texts for weeks and keep telling me to come back in

I don’t know who does the training there, if it’s been the same person for the last couple years, but this location is literally the ONLY one in my area that consistently makes my drink perfect every time. Other locations add to much caramel or add waaay to much milk, but this location gets it right every single time.

My iced drinks have had soap when buying from this location. Good that they are trying to keep the hygiene, but terrible that they are NOT doing it right so you might get intoxicated.
