I understand when a store is short staff but today 8/2 I was patiently waiting in drive through for about 20 minutes then when I pulled up the order I received was a wrong then the poor guy who was serving me handed me a cup with coffee that was broken and some of the hot coffee spilled on my lap. Then I saw inside the store they looked fully staffed and there were a couple of workers just standing around and the other workers looked lost. I have been going to this location for months and every time I go it’s either a long wait or my order is wrong.

I was on line today for 20 min, they were short of personal, a huge line of cars, and the girl that served the people from drive through was very nasty. She kept me waiting by the window other 10 min, without apologizing , instead being very rude and loud. They were misplacing orders and kept people on line.
Anyway very very bad atitudine like I ve never seen anywhere else!

I go to Dunkin 4 or 5 days a week. Tried this location on 2 different occasions and both times the service was bad. Missed items in the drive-thru, went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Second trip there was one person at the register with no help while the drive thru staff just stood around.

bro. listen. they only have 2 employees working so they struggle to keep up with drive thru customers and in store customers. it’s not their fault but oh man the attitudes are disgusting. and the order comes out so wrong and dirty. not to mention they don’t restock their donuts.

Extremely slow service and usually out of common items like donuts and bagels. Waited in like for half hour. Ordered hash browns which came out burnt and bagel that was barely toasted. No egg whites! Who doesn’t stock up on eggs for breakfast???

Worst place, asking for a refund because I accidentally made an order but the guy says not my problem, can’t call manager, come tomorrow morning Idc about your school, not my problem, never ever come there. And one of them was a female when she first picked up made me wait for hours then didn’t help at all, definitely doesn’t care about me then I call back that guy picks up.

Hey Dunkin, is it that bad out there? Is it that hard to find employees because for the last 3 weeks this store has had the lobby closed and has been drive thru only. Absolutely ridiculous because it takes away the order in advance option thru the app and I can’t afford to wait 20 mins in line when I’m late for work. It’s Lake Nona but it feels like it run by the same folks who run the one in the hood (OBT) let’s get these folks removed!

Worst customer service every time and usually from the same employee. Just nasty from the moment you speak to her and basically launches your order at you when you get to the window. Tonight she happened to get our order wrong and got upset WITH US??? Literally going to make the drive down to moss park moving forward cause she puts us in a mood every single time.

Don’t order here. Iced coffee is always watered down and they never put creamer when I ask. On top of that you’ll be in that line waiting forever.
