The Everything Bagel Mini Bites were my favorite thing ever to get back when we were in Chicago, but the ones we just got were barely warm on the outside and the cream cheese they’re supposed to be stuffed with was cold as heck. Very dissatisfied with that since I was craving heavily for these and they’re cold. So we have to warm them up later. The lemonade I got didn’t taste anything like lemonade and instead tastes like melted popsicles, where all the flavors combine on your tounge. It’s not a nameable flavour but I don’t hate it.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I only go to this location when I have to, and everytime, the service is horrible. Today I ordered the ten piece pumpkin munchkins and got a small bag of broken pieces. But there weren’t even ten of them. Like, whoever did this really thought it was ok to serve this to a customer?!?!?.

Kids working there, I asked for an iced coffee with hazelnut cream and stevia and a original glazed donut. I had to ask for my donut. My coffee has no hazelnut and they didn’t give me a straw. Usually I would notice but I was distracted by their leisure in handling the customers. Boy and girl talking (playing) at the drive-thru window. Where’s the manager? Note : remember to taste your coffee and check your order before you drive off

Swear this is the only dunkin donuts that you have to specifically say how many flavor shots you want. Anywhere else, if i order a medium, they automatically give me 3 of each flavor. Hell even the app does. But this location, you can order a large and they put 1 pump of vanilla.

Update: 100% of the time when you buy a hot coffee you will get grinds by the mouthful before you’re even halfway done with your coffee. Same employee stated down below

After another Duncan restaurant told me they’re not opening till 6:00, I called the lady’s bluff and went to here. I ordered a extra large hot coffee French vanilla swirl, five cream five sugar. I have been ordering like this for many years and always when I order from this restaurant they don’t care enough to even put the ingredients in that you ask for nor do they even try to even stir what they did, or did not put in. The little skinny dude with the dark skater hair at the drive-thru window needs to take his job a little bit more carefully. Now I have to go to another store and get French vanilla shots and sugar and cream to put in my coffee to make it the way I want it. I would not have to done any of this if they would have done it right the first time. $3.18 wasted!

They locked the door to the store for no reason and had drive through only. This location has had the dine in open before. I had placed a mobile order for walk in pickup about 10 minutes before coming in and due to the walk in being locked had to join drive though which had a big line and took 20 minutes.

They were fast but got my drunk wrong and handed me my drunk without a straw.. they also gave me the wrong munchkins thrown in a bag not a box and I will not ever be coming back here again.. the girl with the pink hair is the one who just gave me my munchkins in a bad thrown

Between 2:30pm-2:40pm I ordered a MEDIUM hot matcha latte with skim milk at the drive through. I should have double checked my drink after I received my food. I didn’t bother to drink my drink yet because it was hot and I didn’t want to risk burning my tongue. As soon as I got home I opened my drink to see that there was so much foam and it was half empty. I ordered a medium drink, not a small matcha in a medium sized cup…
