Let me start off by saying I go here EVERY day. I don’t mean on weekdays or just on Fridays. I mean every single day. Living in the building upstairs gives me the ability to do so. It’s part of my routine at this point and with that routine I hope to get some joy out of it before diving into work.
That said, every single time I walk in there I am recognized, I am greeted and most importantly I am treated with kindness. No matter how busy it is or how crammed the place is I always get a hello and a good morning. Sandra at this point knows my drink which I truly appreciate her for or Latosha almost seemingly knowing my normal time for arrival for my morning coffee seeing them two and knowing I’m about to be taken cared of is truly a refreshing experience. These two are straight up rock stars at their job and the recognition they get (or should get)is well deserved.
I’ll be back in the morning!

The ladies at the front counter are awesome! My order is always ready (I use the mobil app) and they are such a wonderful start to my day. Keep up the great work!

Everytime I come to this store the service is TERRIBLE! They act like there mad because you ordered something!
The morning manager is the worst.
She don’t acknowledge people as they enter the store. The employees are so talkative to the point that they’re ALWAYS BACKED UP ORDERS!
I doordash so I come to this store often to witness this behavior on a day to day basics.
The owner of this store really needs to have a conversation with his employees.
Because some serious changes needs to be done here.

Latasha and Sandra are amazing!! I manage the apt building next to this location and their customer service is phenomenal. It’s definitely hard to find that type of service nowadays

The door handle outside is disgusting and hasnt been cleaned in years. I opened the door and my finger tips touched the bak of the handle and had immediate stains from God knows what. Went to wash my hands but there are no restrooms for the public. At least clean your door handle for your paying customers to enter your establishment!

This place is very unwelcome the persone in service was very rude and instead of saying hello says the restroom are not publics. We wanted to buy a coffee but just after using the restroom.

I was there when it was busy. It was fast and was delicious .. I had the sausage egg wrap for $3 and the caramel craze with light ice (not blended) it was delicious .and the courteous staff was very efficient and it has the most interesting bathroom key I’ve ever seen.. I even came back just to tip them I felt that strongly about .it pictured is the ghost pepper donut.

My coffee tasted like water and my friends coffee had a ton of granulated sugar in the bottom of her iced coffee. She went back to ask for it to be remade with liquid sugar and the employee made her a cup with just milk in it basically. And she was very rude during the entire interaction. The worst dunkin experience I’ve ever had.

Literally the absolute worst. I stopped going here about a year ago when it was declining and just recently decided to give it another try. The last 3 out of 5 days I’ve been here it was even worse than it was before! Which is a shocker. I was the only one in. I waited a few minutes before I had to let someone know I was there. Consistently my macchiato was just coffee, milk, and ice. After the first time I let them know it was wrong and the lady told me they didn’t have the ingredients for it. Something needs to be done about this place.
