I am a big fan of Dunkin’ but not in this place! Bad service! Modest attitude! Being annoyed with customers! I came by and I didn’t like the Employee attitude! She barley understands the order. Never come back to this store!

Stopped in on way back to Jersey. They were busy, but I felt they handled the orders at a reasonable pace. Husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee, I had iced green tea. Overall satisfied with our order

Consistently slow service around 6am. I would think this is when they’d be fitting in all cylinders. But, there were often only two people working (that “early”).
They were better after 8am.
The chai is a syrup mixture. Way too sweet. But, they have donuts.

I enjoyed their establishments. Twice at 2 different places, their staff were friendly and helpful. The croissant stuffed with chicken and cheese was delicious and of course I enjoyed all their donuts (no judging me for eating all)

Coffee was not as nice as other dunkins I’ve been to. Staff were pleasant enough but chatting to each other and our order was forgotten. Seemed to be a homeless lady and her son in the next booth, son sleeping and twitching on the bench maybe about 15 years old. Lady had oily greasy matted hair and was rubbing it with napkins made us all feel like ill watching it as we drank and ate. They did not seem to have any purchases and were just using the space to sit.

I will never come to this Dunkin again!! I always go to Dunkin but this location has gone downhill! Every new person has an attitude. They don’t put gloves and there is no uniform. There is also always a homeless person outside yelling. Does not make me feel very safe to enter. My husband and I just ordered iced cappuccinos and she made an regular iced coffee with attitude. Will not be back! This place needs a whole new management & new employees!! What a disappointment!

The service was quick despite how busy they were. I didn’t like how the manager was grabbing donuts and everything else without gloves on. He used a napkin to grab the items but with everything going on – use gloves.

This store is actually pathetic and a joke, I’m friends with Dave Hoffmans son and will let them know how this store is ran. Sticky floors, took 15 minutes to make a Charli cold foam, the manager was waiting for the barista to come back because she didn’t wanna mess them up…. Okay but should the managerial be trained on them??? that’s hilarious and a great excuse to be lazy and not actually work what you earn. She was also rude and said “do you really want that drink, it’s so time consuming” I was flabbergasted. Also they didn’t put cold foam on top.

The staff is friendly and quick. this branch has ice cream & cake not like the one on i drive, the only thing is it’s a little crowded in the morning.

The new cup lids don’t stay on the cups!! So annoying! Either they don’t close properly or staff don’t close them all the way. Twice I tried to pull a cup out of a tray and spilt coffee everywhere.
This happened at a Starbucks recently where the employee himself happened to spill the coffee while serving the drink. He threw it away and made a new one.
At this location, the employee looked the other way.. It happened right at the counter. They didn’t apologize nor offer to add coffee. Picture attached where newer lids barely stay on.
