Ordered through Doordash and the result was terrible. Donuts weren’t frosted completely, we didn’t get some of the donuts we ordered and inside the jelly ones was disgusting and gone bad . My husband ordered a large iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring and there was none like at all. Someone clearly hates their job.
Just sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes watching the cashier laugh and talk to the car in front of us with a line full of cars. I stop here because it’s on my route to work. However the service is horrible and the workers not all but two in particular always seem to think you have time to wait on them and there shenanigans. The drive is supposed to be for quick convenient service. This store is the only one in town that’s just trash. Do better!
I dont know who this rude cashier thought she was speaking to customers but she was beyond the point of disrespectful. If I knew her name I would report her to her bossess boss for the way she spoke to me. She had an annoyed tone in her voice, was sassy, & jumped on the mic in the middle of the order, and then said “yeah you asked 3 times” when we asked to confirm the order containing ONE DRINK because she kept yelling at someone else through the mic. Best part is we pull up to the window and this woman has the audacity to say “how ya doin baby” I said “I was good before you gave me all that attitude” and she ignored me. I work in customer service, I’m not stupid. This woman was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I will not be returning to this dunkin EVER again. And I hope this woman loses her job and never works in customer service again.
The worst drive-thru experience i’ve ever had. I online ordered in advance, pull up and let the older woman on intercom know that im picking up my order. She said she doesn’t have it with attitude, I tell her im staring at my online receipt with this store address. Ask her if I can show it to her, she says it wouldn’t matter since she doesn’t have it on her end. She asks what’s on the order? Start with telling her the 2 sandwiches and she says, “see we don’t even have those so it’s probably good it didn’t come through”… with the most attitude i’ve ever heard…like, why can’t someone come to pick up an order without being met with an awful attitude. I was so upset I just left the drive thru & decided to dispute the charge with corporate, went to starbucks instead and just reinforced my loyalty to starbucks because of experiences like this.

This is our regular location and they are always fast, friendly and have a lot of personality. Sometimes they have new kids working the window that are not the brightest crayons in the box but we will always go to this location.
Customer service is great, however they are consistently out of staple menu items, no omelet bites, avocado toast, hash browns, and the list goes on. Why is it this location doesn’t have food?
Went to the Orlando fairgrounds Flea Market and purchased an egg cheese croissant sandwich at the Grabngo food court compared it with the one Dunkin donuts sells, in every way imaginable Grabngo by far makes a better sandwich. It’s a mom and pop operation in a food trailer these fast food chain restaurants can learn from.

Pure attitude. Short black woman Manager was a piece of work very rude and disrespectful. I made my order and when I got it it wasn’t the way I ordered it. She than told me that’s not the way it comes. Really. It comes the way I order it. Than she forgets a drink and we have to wait and when it finally gets to us it was made wrong and we had to throw it out. I will never come back to this Duncan’s again. This store needs a negative 5 star. If your thinking of coming to this Duncan’s please for God’s sake find another one.
Miss Cynthia made my Monday morning so much better! She had a huge smile on her face and such a sweet attitude compared to others! I heard her voice over the drive thru order and instantly just started smiling and was in a better mood! Thank you!
Food and drink was messed up. Was missing cream cheese and drink was watery. Tried to call twice no answer. When i went next day i told the drive thru worker she told me i was suppose to call. I explained no one answered and she just said sorry. Didnt offer a remake or nothing was very upset i threw my whole order away
