Customer service was decent. And because of that, I didn’t check my box as I normally do. The donuts were the oldest and stalest donuts I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a half dozen and all went in the trash. I even tried calling the store to let them know they should not selling anymore of the batch, but no answer. Money down the drain!

Initially put off by the locked doors for no apparent reason. There was no sign on the door saying it was drive through only, but the doors are all still locked at 11am. We ended up doing 6he drive through which took and extra 30 min (good thing we were not in a rush!) I recommend putting up a sign or something about the lobby being closed.
The food was good and the workers were polite so overall can’t complain too much.

A decent Dunkin’ Donuts. The customer service is usually great. Although not all the donuts are prepared very well. But if you want to grab something to drink as a cheap alternative to Starbucks this is a great place to visit in order to get a great tasting latte or even a cappuccino but I would not expect the same quality as other coffee shops.

Fast and efficient drive- through. 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants and 2 apple fritters were $13.59. No napkins were in the bag, I guess you have to ask for them. No receipt either, I guess you have to ask for it as well. But the sandwiches were hot and delicious; the fritters were also good. The service was fast.

1st first off how do you go to a donut place and them not have donuts.. ♀️ and then order six strawberry donuts and they turn out to be yellow and then both the rude guy at the drive-thru window and the girl at the counter both tried to tell me that they were correct… Worst Dunkin’ location ever… Not to mention horrible customer service.. Do not recommend.. **I guess these donuts identify as strawberry!! Who knew! ♀️

At the time I’m residing in the Woodspring Suites just across from this Dunkin, and I’ve gotten into the habit of placing a mobile order then walking over to pick it up. Whenever I place an order, even if it’s just 30 minutes before they close, they’re always very nice. Twice now they have been out of a donut I ordered (to no fault of their own) but they gave me a replacement and even a free spare donut. After a long day, their kindness is very appreciated.

They got my order wrong. I had to go in their twice to get my lattes fixed. It was terrible. I asked for four toasted bagels with cream cheese got two then I asked for six donuts they gave to me in a bag smeared the icings. They also gave me to sausage croissant when I asked for bacon. Just really bad. The manager had an attitude with us like it was our fault the drive thru gave us everything messed up.

The attention always makes the difference and Gary was awesome. This young guy really loves his job he moves fast and takes care of everything like a professional… I live nearby and we were thinking about not coming back to this Dunkin, they were rotating the personal like every week but it seems that finally they found the perfect person for the job. Thank you Gary thank you Dunkin.

Really disappointing service. We drive through with a large order, (which means a lot of $$$) and they hustled us through there, handed a few items out the window and asked us to pull forward. They brought us our donuts and walked away, but we were still missing 2 coffee drinks. We told her which ones, the manager brought one out, and then asked to check the receipt, the girl never rang up the last drink. We asked her to take our card and go ring it up, she refused, told us we had to go in or get back in the drive thru line. It’s just lousy customer service, they mess up but don’t try to do anything to correct it, just further inconvenience the customer.

Went through the drive thru, the person taking the order was very rude and short when questions were asked. We ordered some frosted donuts with sprinkles and when the bag was given to us the donuts had barely any frosting and zero sprinkles. I asked them to add the sprinkles to the donuts and the attitude given was equally as unfriendly as when they took our order. Would not recommend this location and we will not go back.
