This place will steal from you. I ordered a chocolate milkshake for $5.49 and sales tax in Florida is 6% so it should have been about $5.83 but they charged me $6.39. where did the extra 55 cents go okay.

This is theft.

That take a look at how silly this manager is allowing the employees to cover the allergy sign with a Halloween tape. It looks cute but you’re blocking the sign that talks about allergies. Is everybody brain that at this location? If they can’t even follow these basic things on everything I see in 5 minutes I would hate to see what the back of the house looks like.

Ordered a bagel, sausage and coffee. It took about 30 minutes to get it right. The staff is nice but not attentive and extremely slow. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. People waiting a long time for orders. The dine in area was dirty as well. Won’t return

A very dirty place. I had to clean our table before eating. The front counter worker was NOT FRIENDLY or helpful. My coffee order was wrong. It didn’t even have the flavors I requested. It was basically a coffee and cream. When I went up to the counter to ask for the proper flavors, I was rudely told “we don’t have those right now”. She didn’t offer a friendly response. It would have been better to have stated “my apologies for the inconvenience, we are currently waiting for delivery. Or something to that effect. *I understand that many places lack staff. Those that do show up for work are greatly appreciated. *Maybe next time I can respond to that employee “I’m sorry, you seem to be having a difficult time. I hope things get better for you.

Waited 15 mins or longer for my sandwich then an additional 5 mins for my coffee that I had to remind them I ordered….literally threw this sandwich away. They had like 8 people behind the counter bumping into eachother and customers walked out the door without ordering. Ridiculous.

Very busy in the morning. Long line need more cashier to take care of custumers. There is no drive thru so why so show? Labor shortage. Ohh there is a baskin robin place here too. Ice cream place.

Rude, slow and under staffed. Waited in line for 34 min for a regular coffee. 18 min after order was placed. They focused on all the mobile orders coming in instead of any of the in house customers. They weren’t even apologetic about the wait. Ver poor management. There are conventions and tournaments at convention center. You’d think they’d plan appropriately.

Worst Dunkin experience ever. Coming from Tennessee, we weren’t accustomed to wearing masks in places. The friend with me is strongly opposed to the idea. When we went in, they made it very clear that masks were required for service. My friend joked about it for a second then walked out. As she was leaving, the young lady at the register said, “The sign’s on the door, [email protected]$$.” That was shocking, to say the least. But I got my mask, made my order and waited. As I waited, I noticed a gentleman come in a few customers behind me without a mask and the issue was not even mentioned. Then, I noticed one of the Dunkin employees had his mask dangling from one ear. When we finally received our order, my daughter’s frozen hot chocolate didn’t have whip cream when we specifically requested it and one of my donuts was carelessly placed face down in the bag so most of the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the bag instead of the donut. Severely disappointing experience. Overall opinion of Dunkin is severely diminished and would NEVER return to that location.

By far one of the worst services that I have ever received. Placed a mobile order. Waited over 30 mins, went up there to check where our order was. The lady with the dreads tell us that they don’t have anything. It’s 10:47am. They couldn’t have called us or canceled our order to let us know that they didn’t have something??? We told her we would like a refund for the food and just get the drinks. The lady says okay, but after that she didn’t come back. This other lady (African American lady with bob cut) we told her what happen, asked her to help us with the refund and tells us we have to go all the way back to the line. We asked if she could put us in the front of line and she said No. We already waited in line to get ask about our order. Now we have to go back in line just to get a refund? We have family that is coming into town… so we thought we could get some coffee while we waited. But that was a big complete waste of time. The young lady that was helping us at the register was the only nice one working Ruiz.

No meat. ONLY medium sizes. And out of half of there other items. I wanted a large a sandwich and a donut. Had to get two mediums and two donuts no sandwich because they were out of so much and didn’t get any kind of discount for the inconvenience. Like seriously? Being they were out of so much I expect a little something for the trouble. A free donut or a small discount or something. But no. Nothing. Not coming back to this spot ever again no matter how convenient. Had they only been out of 1 or 2 things, hey, that happens. But half their options essentially? Na. They need to do better and figure it out and do a tiny extra to make the customer happy. First time ever Dunkin has disappointed me at all.
