I’m pretty sure my drive-through experience was at least 15 minutes today. I felt so sorry for those in a hurry! This location is almost always very slow. There used to be a few friendly people working, but now the newer hires apparently feel they do not get paid enough to be friendly or smile, no matter how cheerful the customer is. Donuts were good, but there are many other better locations in town from which to choose.

Nice employees and patient but my husband’s ice Carmel latte was bitter no flavor whatsoever. I had their frozen pecan flavor coffee and it was much better.We used out Tmobile Tuesday rewards and got them for $2. I recommend the frozen coffee flavors.

THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! When ordering a large matcha tea latte with NO ice, the manager on 7-17-22 during the morning shift decided that she would only fill the large cup half way. Her exact words ”if you order with no ice you only get half a cup” we asked for our money back. – its was honestly disappointing for someone to be so… for the lack of a better word, stingy.

I ordered 3 drinks here and left without them . All three were made wrong . I wanted a refund since we were in line over 30 minutes and all the drinks were made wrong. Ava and Ruben were the workers on site at this time and said their manager was not here to give us a refund and would not be able to until she’s there tomorrow. I do not live here and I am not able to come back in the morning as I am far away . I’ve never had drinks made so wrong , yet alone at a dunkin donuts and especially not to be able to give a refund. I left without my drinks and I was charged. Also the co workers could not call there manager but yet was talking to someone on her phone at the window which she said hold on to. I will not be back and will definitely be contacting corporate.

Really bad customer service.
We ordered coffee and a bagel. They forgot to give the bagel with my order.I ask them for my bagel they gave me a cold, hard bagel.
I asked Tameika to please warm up my bagel . She got an attitude and told me she couldn’t, I will have to go and drive up again. I ate a cold hard bagel when I paid for my bagel. I won’t go there again.

I come here often and I was treated rudely by older lady name YesI, she didn’t respond as waited at the speaker for while to place my order and I proceeded to the window for her to tell me how she responds to everyone and wont serve me unless I go back around at the end of the line and order… so I didn’t want to argue or hold up a line and act stupid ; I think her attitude was insulting and not fit for hospitality; I didn’t feel welcome or appreciated.
In the store there was absence of common pleasantries, no good morning or thank you…
I’m sure no one cares or reads these reviews or give a dam!

The manager and her employees here are rude and they are not welcoming at all.
The manager is very unprofessional. They basically take drive through orders and basically ignore the dine in orders.
When I asked for help at the counter, she told me “I HAVE TO WAIT”.
Wait for how long lady? It’s already been 10 min.
I’m not gonna go back to that store. It was a huge disappointment

Was ignored for 10 min. Just to order 2 donuts. They saw my wife and I but didnt bother to take order. I recommend to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time there

Came by to pick up a mobile order at 9:32pm since the store showed hours of operations until 10:00 and the employee stated that they close the store anytime from 9:30-10:00. It’s absurd that the app allows you to place an order and the location cannot fulfill the order or process a refund and the the hours fluctuate depending on the employee.

I came here today on a saturday at 5:20 a.m. I was advised there are not opening up till 6:00 along with other Duncan establishments. I was turned away as a customer because I was a Caucasian male and my money was not good enough for the black manager at this place. So after I told them to turn their fkn lights off to show that they are not open I went to another Duncan restaurant 5 minutes down the road and got my order.
