We stopped here after arriving in Oahu for coffee and weren’t very impressed. They didn’t have heavy whipping cream as a replacement for creamer which is very standard at coffee places, the pumpkin spice latte didn’t taste like pumpkin and the mocha latte tasted like chocolate milk. The strawberry frosted donuts with sprinkles were a little dry and could have used more frosting. Definitely doesn’t live up to the hype. On the positive side the prices were really reasonable.

I hope they get more employees soon. The inside is closed. I’m currently on foot while waiting for my vehicle to get here, so the drive through is not an option. I was looking to get breakfast and a good coffee cup for work, so they missed out on a decent sale. I understand it’s probably that they need employees.

Overall, I’m a Dunkin fan but this particular location can improve upon many things. It may have been thr day or a bad batch but the cold brew tasted off. It tasted like it was spiked with iced down normal drip coffee. The most unpleasant part about the experience is the drive thru/parking situation. Spent 25 min in the drive thru behind 6 cars. Normally I park and walk in but there were no stalls open. IHOP patrons tend to take up all the dunkin parking and that is not really dunkins fault. But the drive thru design of dunkin clogs the whole shared parking lot. They also waste a stall for their dumpster. Suggestion: have 10 or 15 min parking and change the drive thru flow. Starbucks across the street did not have any of these issue. Also, once you get to the drive thru speaker, everyone had to wait a few minutes to even get someone on the other line to take the order. I know times are tough and there is a worker shortage here but the experience is frustrating for everyone. there must be some sort of a solution…

No one picks up the phone, app doesnt let you do online orders yet. When i ordered chocolate frosted donuts they gave me with sprinkles, when i informed them regular they told me they dont have continued to put in the box and handed it to me telling me have a good day. Not a good experience. I was in a rush and the donuts were for my office

I am mad at the moment but we like to stop at this dunkin donut before my daughter has class around 2:30. Today she needed to use the restroom. I went up to the door and went just inside to check for restrooms. They do. So I got her out of the car and they LOCKED ME OUT. I could not beleive it. Really not going to let a 5 year old customer use your restroom in the lobby in the middle of the day. I was so mad I won’t be back.

I just got a couple of donuts. I went inside, the drive through line was long, but it looked like it was moving pretty fast. There were 2 people in line ahead of me but service inside was very fast.

Slow service and didn’t even toast my bread for the Avocado toast. And they were out of it for over a week. I waited in the drive through to find that out. Has a cheese and ham melt thing and they were out of cheese. Jesus it was gross .

Indoor not open but no indication of this on website. Walked a ways from hotel and could not get anything to eat. Would not let us order at drive through even though it was completely empty of vehicles. No attempt to accommodate.

Dunkin this is my go to spot! Love my iced mocha coffee. Nobody makes it better. Whatever city/state I’m in I will find my Dunkin. I also love their avocado toast One more important thing is their affordable unlike other companies. Dunkin keeps the customers in mind. Dunkin gets five stars across the board for great tasting coffee, food, customer service and price!
