Where to start with the gem. Price great, service quick and efficient with their line. I actually love this place!! The wife introduced me to it when we Cuwere say Adidas and I wanted am inexpensive little snack and that’s exactly what I got! I actually for NOW than that because I was willing to settle for a mediocre snack but instead got the most delicious little snack AND for $2.95?!!

They offset sweet snacks and savory, umm “not sweet” snacks?” Not sure what to call the not set ones aside from delicious! As an example, they offer a pizza little one with some pepperoni on it. I had that one last time and it was really tasty. Even ate it cold and was still delicious. That visit the wife had a sweet one that was like a cinnabun but about 1,000x better tasting than a dang Cinnabun! My second visit I decided to try to spicy dog one. Again a win! Tasty, filling, quick and inexpensive! All traits I look for in a snack while I’m out and about.

The service is friendly, fast and efficient. Zero complaints about this place! Definitely recommend stopping next time you see one and trying anything they offer. I’m sure you will not be let down!

Love this bakery, took me back to my childhood in Japan ❤️

Tried this Japanese bread shop out for breakfast and it was pretty much exactly what we were looking for reminding us of the bakeries in japan. The bread is soft and sweet and the toppings on the savory options are wonderful. It is a little bit greasy but that’s okay due to the nature of using meats and cheeses on bread. They all had nice unique flavors so it was hard to choose a favorite!

I just want a simple sandwich bread in the moring at 9am. They tell me noon. Smh. What grear service! Don’t you start early to make them? I know grocery stores are different. Didnt have to give me that explanation. I know your bread is fresh. I was just asking why couldn’t a small batch be made for people who go early to do their shopping? People do work Mon-Fri and like to get ready for the week and rest up the afternoon.

Fantastic! Walked by about10 AM & the scent of goods being baked drew me right back in.

Breads, sweet or savory Japanese rolls; a cute cat shaped roll has a very fluffy strawberry cream, Several sausage rolls. I got the spicy one & it was great. The melon is not filled but has the melon puree mixed into the dough, as does the cheese mochi pan does with the cheese. The melon roll has sugar sprinkled on top. There are also Italian rolls & a pizza bread. Everything was very fresh. Soda for sake, also.

It’s on the 1st floor of Ala Moana. Do yourself a favor & check it out.

Nice little bakery in Ala Moana serving semi-sweet and savory items. If you like Japanese-style baked goods, then this is the place for you. If you like things on the sweet or super sweet side, you might want to go to Liliha Bakery or Dunkin Donuts.

They also have fresh juice and tea, coffee, soup and sell different flavored jam. Their 50/50 juice-tea combo was refreshing with a slight tang to it. Not overpowering…but enough to give it a nice citrus flavor.

You can really taste the matcha in their products which is great for those who love the flavor. The taste and the texture of the bread was also delicious. My family wasn’t too impressed with the ham and cheese calzone…just a thin slice of ham with cheese. The bacon Epi looks great, but a little on the saltier-side (I know it’s bacon…but I didn’t expect it to be that salty with bread surrounding it).

Overall, it’s a cute little bakery with a nice selection of Japanese goods to choose from. Can’t wait to see what their next seasonal special is.

Great find! Been from Germany I often miss our pastries, but this place is fantastic! Wish there would be one in Kapolei. My son loved the chocolate filled bears.
