Got everything in my order wrong and the hash browns were somehow cold yet burned and reeked like a dirty pizza oven. These are the “fresh” ones and they are just as nasty.

I’ve been here a few times but that was the worst experience by far. As I’m writing this I’m waiting for my refund. I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 10 minutes and my entire ordering process was about 30-45 minutes. When I finally got to the window to pay and receive my lattes, they were white and creamy and I knew right away barely any espresso went into making this. After letting the employees know he takes my 1st drink and put espresso in the drink and melted my ice. When he handed it back to me it was watery at this point. I asked for a full refund, expecting some sort of swift action but no I’ve been waiting for atleast 20 minutes for my refund. No coffee just wasted time. This place seems understaffed.. two people working all areas of the stores. This is ridiculous. I never expected to waste almost a hour of my life and not end up with anything but I really want a resolution. At this point they took an hour of my time I deserve way more than my money back.

I love coming to this dunkin’ donuts because the staff treats customers very well. But every-time i order a caramel iced latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle they pour a load of cinnamon on it. NOT a Caramel Craze iced latte. Caramel craze has cinnamon on it and i HATE cinnamon in my coffee. This happens almost every single time i order this drink. The point of me getting a caramel iced latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle is so the there is NO CINNAMON in my coffee. At no point do i say with cinnamon EVER.

I’ve given this location tons of chances. But every time I wait for so long. Today I waited 10 minutes just for my order to be taken at the drive thru. Then I waited another 15 minutes to get my drink and food. The guy who made the food tossed it off to the side and it sat there. I’m mad it’s cold now. The iced coffee isn’t great. I was told they had many orders yet I see no one inside except some frantic employees. Seriously need some training in here. And as others have mentioned, unsanitary. I finally noticed it today, no gloves when making food. Definitely do NOT recommend. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular location. Highly recommend driving down a few miles to a different Dunkin’.

I hate to be this person but every time I come to this location I am always dissatisfied. You guys don’t have anything in stock ever and usually there is only one person working in the store. Completely unacceptable and this place is a disgrace to the dunkin name. The employees are very nice and hardworking though, give those people a raise!

I’m getting tired of being disappointed in all Dunkin donuts lately, i haven’t a clue what’s going on. But no one ever get’s the orders right. Like it’s coffee, cream and sugar. Get it together for heavens sake. Dunkin something has to give.

I stopped by for my favorite beverage!! I was amazed how Colleen was the only employee there. I was very impressed how he was handling the drive thru and lobby. Very professional!!

As a vegetarian I am SUPER upset as I could not have repeated myself more times that I did NOT want bacon on my sandwiches. I purchased 2 for $6 and the girl who took my order even repeated NO bacon and we talked about which way worked out less expensive to ring it up and she said ehhh it’s all the same and just rang it up the 2 for 6…but I made sure to repeat MULTIPLE times no bacon. Then when the cashier said 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, I said NO, no bacon. JUST egg and cheese, please make sure and he went oh ok. I paid, got home, and of course there is bacon on both sandwiches which means we can not eat either of them. I called to ask for my money back and I got a voicemail not even stating it was Dunkin’ Donuts, just a generic leave your message your party is unavailable. I tried calling 3x and no one answered. What is infuriating is that not only can you not get ahold of someone but they literally just did not care about what I paid good money for. When you tell someone 5x and have to repeat and confirm and re-confirm your order and it is STILL wrong which leaves two people without lunch it is just awful- and then no way to even get ahold of them. I am 30 min away now and can not just go back. Shameful

I went to order a sandwich and one of the workers says- we can’t take your order because we’re out of gloves BUT they were still serving the drive thru. Then today I ordered on the app, the REFUSED TO OPEN the drive thru window or lobby so my husband could pick it up (YES, it was during business hours) THEN when I called, they refused to answer the phone. Hours later I got through and they refused my refund. When I asked for a manager they hung up on me. THIEVES! The drive to the next location is worth it. Close this place down!
