Understaffed! The staff thats there is nice and doing their best just don’t expect it to be fast and don’t even bother going inside. There’s usually only 2-3 people working at a time and they’re expected to run the front, window, and the ice cream? This is what happens when understaffed and underpaid employees have poor management.

35 minute wait in the drive through only to have them tell me to pull around for my latte. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, decided to go in and ask if my latte was ready only to have them tell me “oh yeah, here it is.” They ran out of cold foam and didn’t have certain donuts, just an all around poorly run location. Will never be back no matter how convenient the location.

On Saturdays I like to thrift shop and often take the thrift store treats. This morning I stopped by DD and I typically go thru the drive thru but this day I went inside. I ordered a couple dozen assorted donuts and an iced coffee. The guy behind the counter was nice but I said multiple times that I wanted a large iced coffee and he did a medium and when I told him I kept saying large he put it in a large cup and added more coffee. It was pretty gross and I ended up throwing it away. But I appreciated him attempting to accommodate my request. When I ordered the donuts his manager was standing there and he asked that the other associates help him with the donuts while he made the iced coffee. He made the coffee while the guy behind him kept putting up stickers and his manager walked away to do something else. I was a little taken back that he asked for their help and no one helped him. A different manager, from the Baskin Robbins side saw me waiting and asked did I have my coffee and I said yes and told her that the clerk had asked for help to prepare my order and no one helped him at which point she immediately jumped in to help him. (Kudos to her) The store was not crowded I was the only person at the counter and shortly after a gentleman walked in and was helped right away. The store was clean and the clerk was kind to me. I just didn’t like that he asked his manager for help and she ignored him as well as the other associates around him. The team dynamics need work as it directly impacts the customer experience. IF, I go back I’ll probably use the drive thru but I’m not likely to return. Be kind to your customers but better to each other, you’re a team. Act like it!!

I come to this Dunkin’’ everyday and Gina is my favorite worker! She is so nice and always makes me and my friends day better. She goes out of her way to help costumers. She needs a raise

20 minutes in drive thru. Ridiculous wait time. Slow service!!! They need better training , from what i heard, it is NOT hard working at Dunkin. If you are in a rush do not come here.

This is the only dunkin in the entire area that actually makes drinks right, but unfortunately they have roaches… saw one crawling down the main front counter when picking up an online order. I gotta call corporate about this one. Sad.

The men deff need more training the one with dreads. Hes very rude and argues with his peers infront of customers because he seems like he doesnt want to even be there.id rather drive across town then to keep returning here

Usually every time I come here I get great service. Only once did I have to pull out of drive through to get my coffee remade lol and even so- the employee remade it without a hassle.. other than that.. the staff have always been very kind— especially compared to all the other dunkin’s around Tampa.

In all honesty, this dunkin sucks. I only come here because it’s on my street and sometimes, its the only coffee that I have time for on my way to work. My order has been made wrong (no flavoring, wrong type of coffee) several times. Likewise, they consistently make similar mistakes such as forgetting to give straws, napkins, etc.
Additionally, I’ve waited extra time on multiple occasions while drive thru worker was having a friendly conversation with the car in front of me. Normally, I wouldn’t care, but it almost made me late for work, so I figured it was worth mentioning.

Used to go here all the time. Havnt had the best service . But nothing to complain about. Went today , horrible service , made my coffee wrong 3 times. The third time lied and said she put cold foam on there as i watched her put reg whip cream after i paid for cold foam. It was terrible. After the 3rd time i coffee was still wrong and tasted like garbage , so i threw it away. They were rude nasty and couldn’t make a simple Latte. Also gave me all the wrong munchkins that i asked for , for my son. Something needs to be done. Thank you.
