Wow this place is disgusting. Just ordered coffee it was super cold. Ordered the mini bagels they were never cooked. The gentlemen taking the order Mike T. was amazing and has great customer service skills. I asked if they can please give me another order Mike T. said yes no problem it should’ve been cooked the first time he apologized but Then the lady in the back Cherish is her name, yelled at him saying that I had already taken a bite. I wouldn’t have known it was cold if I didn’t take a bite. She slammed the food in the garbage can and when I got the food back it had two hairs on it almost like they did it intentionally. I will never go to that Dunkin’ again. Went up the street to the one on Highwoods Preserve and they took the nasty order and threw it away and made a fresh clean order, no questions asked.

I visit this location because of convenience. They only get my order right 1 out of 20 visits. I try to be patient and let little things slide because they are ALWAYS short staffed. The employee turnover is astonishing and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has an attitude and cannot perform their job duties. Today was one of those days. I asked for a matcha latte (Literally powder, sugar, and milk) and they couldn’t get that right. Had it made three times with a side of attitude each time lol.
Customer service, food quality, and employee satisfaction are clearly not priorities. They need to just restart this location from the ground up. DO BETTER DUNKIN.

Ordered from Uber Eats….the donuts were stale….the entire order was wrong. The driver called to me to tell me the store was out of donut holes.
I asked for glazed donuts as a subsitute. They said they were out if glazed donuts….at 330pm on Saturday…(lazy staff) Then my order came I was also missing the glazed donuts as part of the dozen AND after that the Blueberry Glazed Cake donuts that were a subsitute for the missing donut holes came as muffins. …..clearly the employees in this store could care less!
Never again though.
I guess it’s not all bad Uber gave me my money back!!

Just left this location-employee tells us the toaster is broken, that’s ok but ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it’s not put together, that’s ok but no knife? then tells us she has no straw for the iced coffee- how is this ok? She says 2 people called out and she’s alone–maybe if this is the case, they need to close -no napkins either

It is a one man army show!! He has to manage the drive thru and he has to manage the counter sales as well. But not much crowd on the counter, otherwise waiting timing would be more.. Not sure, it could be because of the time, we reached around 7 pm… But the guy, who served was polite and friendly.. looks to us that the stock are not moving fast … we did not feel the taste of fresh donuts..

Always disappointed with this location. When the girl read back my order i realized she was missing something i asked for, retold her my order again, & IT STILL WAS WRONG. There employees do not pay attention at all. If you want your order to constantly be wrong just come to this location. I’m sick of them!!
**UPDATE- 2/4/2020- decided to give them another try because I was in a rush this morning. Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. Please view the photo which will show what they gave me. They need to close this location !!!!!

I don’t believe this location sells coffee it seems like it’s just Brown water and the service sucks too. No thank you no have a nice day I guess they think they’re the only location that sells coffee and that’s not even coffee. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!

There were no workers except a super sweet young man all by himself that tried his hardest to make everyone happy. He is the only reason this location is getting 2 stars. Otherwise -5.

Don’t ever go to this dunkin. They barely ever get my order right and they never have their ice machine working for frozen coffees. I will never be returning to this location

This location used to be one my favorites. The last few time I went there there were two very inexperienced employees. They looked unhappy, disgruntled and one even cursed in the back then I asked for her to redo my frozen coffee- the coffee was just ice and sugar- no coffee in it! Date: 3-3-2022 around 5:20 PM EST. I wasted $6 on sugary water! Unbelievable! Very disappointed. Will not visit this location again!
