Waited FOREVER! Only 2 other cars in line get to Window and there are 6 employees and 2 working the others just standing around. My iced coffee was clearly just hot coffee they put ice in because it was watered down. Egg wrap Burned. Don’t bother coming here. This use to be one of the better locations but it’s gone down hill like the rest.

I haven’t been in a while because food and service was lacking. So I decided to give them a chance today, girls were nice, but I can’t believe this is what they served me. Sandwich too is mushy, missing and bottom sides burnt.. DnD you have to do better. I used to love it.

I come out of my way to this location because my lattes are consistently prepared well.
Today I stopped by for a latte and a muffin and the manager, Yolanda made my Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, truly a work of art! Her service with a smile turned my day around.
Highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the great service!

Waited a good 5-10 mins before I could even order and then when I did start ordering and asked for 4 hashbrowns and a wake up wrap they told me “ the cook left” and I used to work at a Dunkin so I know for a fact there’s no “cook” everyone is taught how to make food horrible if I could give it 0 I would

I got coffee a couple hours ago on my way to take my son to the ER. As I pull into the ER I tried my coffee. They gave me the wrong one. No big deal, I stopped back on my way home. They WOULD NOT remake my coffee. They said “the sticker is right.” I said, the sticker is not what I ordered, or obviously I wouldn’t have came back. Common sense is not their strong suit, clearly. Another one came to the window. We can’t remake it if it’s more than three hours. Perfect. It’s not more than three hours. Oh, well we can’t remake it. But you just said you could since it was under three hours. Well we can’t. Ummmm… you just contradicted yourself? I asked to speak with a manager… 3 of them took turns at the window. They were all stumbling with their words with confusion running into each other. They asked 4 times within 20 seconds why I didn’t turn around right then. FOR THE FOURTH TIME, I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE ER WITH MY INFANT! Remake my coffee that you made wrong. The incompetency was almost comical. I went to the next Dunkin. They were super apologetic, and remade it instantly. This store is super sad, and pathetic. Needs educated employees.

The hours are incorrect for this location. It says they open at 4am however, they don’t open until 5am or later on a daily basis. You will sit at the drive through speaker for ten minutes and receive no response but pull up the window and see three people (one being the man who appears to be a member of management) standing there not attending to any customers. The trash bins outside are always overflowing and the place looks a mess. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Worse service I have seeing . Second in line (inside) and waited so long for a cup of coffee. The don’t have enough staff. The staff was not very welcoming. If you have 30 plus min to wait . It is your Dunkin’

Customer service sucks here! I use to come here all the time & recently started coming back. It really has gone down hill. This morning, a lady made my wrap wrong and tried to say it was me who didn’t put how I wanted correctly. Which on the app, it doesn’t give me much options. She was very rude, and had a attitude when I asked for them to fix it.
Then, when I was drinking my iced coffee, there were two bugs floating in it. Just disgusting!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless you like rude and disrespectful customers service.. Today I ordered a two medium coffees and a sprinkle donut.. When I got my coffee I noticed it was warm not hot so I asked for fresh coffee… the young lady at the window immediately developed an attitude.. then she goes on to say ‘if you don’t like it don’t come here.’ Don’t tell me twice..
