Typical Dunkin’ donuts nothing special the bathroom was clean I was able to get in-and-out with my purchase relatively quickly staff was friendly I would visit this place again if I was in the area

Staff seemed disorganized, orders were taking a long time and not being handed out. people in front of me asked six times for their donuts after they had received all four of their custom beverages. Their order had been sitting on the counter. I had eaten my donuts and still waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee. They even tried to give me the customers in front of me donuts that were sitting on the counter. when the manger came out of the back it still wasn’t as helpful and organized as it could be. they were still asking for their donuts when I left, only to see them walk out behind me with the two boxes and bag that had been on the counter the whole time. after they had to ask for a drink carrier for four drinks, but the guy behind me with two drinks got offered a carrier.

This place is popular, so there might be a line during rush hour. However I just skipped drive through and was given excellent service inside the store. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly! Definitely gave me a good start to my morning 🙂

I waited almost 45 mins in the drive thru (because after I ordered, my car was stuck in their line), only for them to tell me my order of 1 Iced latte and 1 donut were not ready. I did not give them my card and I left without my order. I have always had slow service at this location but that was outrageous.

Bruh, I went here today at about 1030am I ordered a chocolate croissant and a strawberry donut and all I got was the croissant, like bruh, are you serious you really only had to count to two. I wouldn’t have been so mad if the crossoint wasn’t old as dirt.

Food was not good. I had to get a refund. Found hair in my drink. Manger was nice and apologetic.

The current manager here is amazing and there’s a SUPER SWEET girl who works here, I’m not sure her name but she has black hair and some tattoos. Sometimes I have to wait a long time depending on who’s working but the manager and girl that work there now are seriously so amazing. I’ve been coming here for years now

Very inconsistent coffee at this location… some days the coffee is really good other days it is pretty bad. I feel it is 50/50.

Came in for 2 maple glazed donuts, which I was told by a DM was a signature donut. The store was out. I ask if they could make one if I wait I was told no. Then, when I asked for a receipt, I was conveniently told they machine was broke. Yet the person right after me was offered a receipt. Some bad practices happening here. Very rude cashiers. Would like someone to contact me about this soon.
