The brown sugar cold cream brew is awesome except they fill the cup almost completely full of ice. Less drink more ice. They should create a balance. Not fill the cup full of ice. Also they had no glazed doughnuts. Lol what a joke. However the hummus and roasted tomatoes is amazing.

Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. When we walked in the line was literally to the door. The line remained that long the whole time we were there.
Food was good. Prepared quickly considering how long it took to pace the order. I ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich which came out very hot – a nice surprise!
I also ordered a latte which was very good.
Overall, a good experience.

This Dunkin’ and it’s staff are the exact reason people think minimum wage should never be increased, they make everyone who works in the service industry look bad. It took 30 minutes of waiting for this as the end result, honestly if you’re considering stopping here just don’t.

Nothing is fresh or good at any Dunkin’ anymore to begin with. This location has never improved in management in ~4 years. I would strongly advise anyone to go hungry or starve before giving them any business. It is the worst run franchise in Raleigh and I’ve been living here since 2009. If you like the taste of cigarette butts and fake egg whites and stale donut holes then this IS the spot for you. I just hope any employee that actually cares about customer service or providing safe food to customers gets a job elsewhere before this place is shut down for health code violations.. I won’t even post their score they display inside. I beg you not to go looking for it either. If you do like Jerry Springer type drama while you wait for terrible food then again.. this place IS for you.

I went in the morning, around 8a and it was very busy. Every employee seemed to be working but it still took a while to get my wrap. Just prepare for the extra time and know the wrap is smaller than a dollar bill.

Maybe if dunkin paid their employees properly they would care and actually provide good service. They are overworked and underpaid. Nothing is clean in this location. My drink and 3 others in the store were made wrong.

Hot chocolate tasted horrible. Like hot water with a drop of chocolate . Is expensive and you expect the same in all dunkings. If this is done in a machine… don’t you taste a lil before selling it. Is like drinking from the soda machine when is out of flavor and only has the water.

Went to get a Simple iced coffee with milk and was given it with cream and I walked back in to ask for one with MILK and the African American in the front with the braids and the attitude was cursing to her coworkers and saying that she made it with milk and was being very rude. Will NEVER come back to this location.

I had to show up at the crack of dawn to get a whooole bunch of donuts for my office. I called the night before to let the staff know. when I got there (ungodly early,) my donuts were ready to roll, my coffee was brewing (perfectly timed…it went into my 2 boxes o’ Joe fresh fresh FRESH) and the people behind the counter were friendly and attentive and pleasant, even though there was a line of very hungry-looking people forming behind me. Food wise, a Dunkin is pretty much a Dunkin, but this particular location gets 5 stars for customer service.
