They are slow but the food and coffee are good. They recently renovated their drive thru to make it more smooth for customers. Don’t recommend going if you’re in a hurry to work though. But worth it for the coffee and donuts! The earlier in the day you go for donuts the more likely they’ll have them and they’ll be fresh. Don’t recommend getting donuts later in the day because they’re stale and not many options left.

Placed a mobile order here during the busy morning rush hour. My order was ready on time and the drive through attendant was SO friendly! Superb service. Great coffee mix and warm wrap too. Heads up that you can’t make a left hand turn from 6am-10am as Six Fork’s is extremely busy at these times.

I’ve been excitedly awaiting the reopening and have given this spot a few tries. While my order is usually made correctly and well, it takes forever. Ive spent 10 minutes waiting at the drive through window for my order and longer in line. Today when I went four cars in front of me left the line after waiting a long time. I understand they may be still trying to figure out their operations but there’s no reason it should take that long especially considering that there’s rarely people ordering inside

I did an online pick up order. When I got there the doors were locked. I kept standing there because DD has my money now. He came out and said only the drive thru was opened and asked me if I had a car. My car was parked next door at my doctor’s office and I choose to walk over here so I didnt have to get back in traffic. He was very rude and unfriendly. Told me to go wait on the patio and he would bring it out as he rolled his eyes. I do not appreciate using my hard earned dollars at a place that lacks customer service. If DD wouldn’t have had my money I would have told him to keep the coffee. Then when he brought it out he didn’t apologize or anything. He just gave it to me turned around and locked the door back.

If I could give negative stars I would:
#1-8:45am 3 Sundays ago(selection 2/3 empty, good flavors gone)…ok, things happen everyone has an off day
#2-10:00am Monday(low selection again, no blueberry muffins) which is what I came in for
#3-6:40am Thursday(doors locked, guess drive through open)what kind of a breakfast place can You not walk into in the morning to see selection(especially since its usually terrible)?!
I’m surprised these folk are even in business

Don’t fix your order ahead or let you know if something is wrong or missing in completing your order – the 3 of the employees were just chilling and laughing and took their sweet time just starting on my ordered ahead order.

Then the order was made wrong, redone, and overfilled to where the frap spilled over everywhere when the dome was put on. I also had to ask for a straw because one was not given to me with my drink and the ones by the napkins were out on the customer side.

The 2nd time I ordered 5 hours ahead for a late evening order. No one called me to tell me they would either be closed or closing early that day, i guess. When i headed over after the app notified me my order was ready…they were CLOSED?

America can’t run on dunkin if your employees can’t even be bothered to perform their job right.
Meanwhile, do yourself a favor and run from this dunkin in particular.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ locations. I am primarily a weekday visitor. The weekday staff is amazing, namely KeKe. Her service is amazing. She puts a smile on my face especially on mornings when I am having a rough start. The staff is extremely attentive. This girl runs on Dunkin. So glad it’s under newer management.

This Dunkin in particular is a little more pricey than usual. Large iced was $4.10. Usually they are $2.79. However, the drink taste delicious. It’s crazy how my order is the same but at each Dunkin it taste different. The drive thru employee was very pleasant! No attitude or sassiness that is typical behavior for drive thru’s.

Went into order donuts at 7:20 on a Sunday morning and there are or hardly any donuts especially if you want anything with a filling in the middle. The lady at the counter was extremely rude … Limited donuts to 6 only!!! The customer service was very unacceptable Very sad that this is the location closest to my house and I will have to go somewhere else at least until they hire more crew or retrain!!!

My dad stopped in this morning to get coffee before church. Several staff behind the counter ignored him while texting on their phones. Eventually asked “yes?” When my dad tried to order a box of Joe they told him the location is under new management and they no longer carry the box of joe. I see on the online menu it is available. Very disappointing service and staff that seem to not want to do their jobs.
