This location is always a family favorite. I travel and haven’t been in a while at home. Wanted my favorite drink. I had never met the staff currently there at that shift butboy did they make us feel welcome. Kindneds goes a long wayin someones day. Terrell the assistant manager totally understood my particular way I wanted my drink and was happy to make it! I was greatful! Way to go Terrell and Paul for making us feel welcome back home.

Stopped by on my way to work at 6:20 am. Debated whether to even stop at this location as service has been the worst I’ve seen in two years. Still drive thru only. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a midnight coffee. I was informed they were out of bagels and no longer served midnight coffee. I’ll be taking my business to Starbucks or Biscuitville from here on out. They are both close, have what I want and open for walk-in.

I go to this dunkin regularly. The staff is great and even knows my order..I like alot of espresso..anyway, they have even helped me when I was running late and there was a long line. It really made me feel nice &start my day

Myself and 7 yes SEVEN vehicles just got ignored at the drive thru for over 15 minutes yet it’s not even close to closing time. The others drove away I went inside to make sure stuff was atleast ok after standing at the counter for 6 minutes and being stared at well they cleaned I was ask “yes what’s up what do you need” to which I proceed to just walk out. I work right next door have no clue how this place remotely stays in business. 90% of the drive thru customer legit don’t even get helped and drive off.

This place is understaffed. Took 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Paid for it to be told the expresso machine is down. Come here onky if you have the time and patience

The speaker outside is horrible and non functioning. Muffled voices take longer to get through ordering. Please fix the speaker for drive thru. However, Melissa at the window was a ray of sunshine and effectively got everything we needed!

Yummy treats! Coffee, it’s not my Starbucks, BUT pretty good!! Donutssss are a yess & Starbucks hasn’t came close.
The sandwiches, I only had the grilled cheese pesto and tomato wasn’t bad wish it was toasted on both sides (will request if there’s a next time) The prices can be a bit, but the rewards are awesome especially MONDAYS (100 bonus points with ANY purchase) for the time being, with other bonuses and points to earn it can help keep you coming back. Lol

The drive thru is weird. I almost passed it. Service was good. Did not have my matcha. Alternate drink was… ehhh ok. Hash browns were hard as hell.

9:30 a.m. and no donuts on a Sunday. What are y’all doing plus the worst service in the Triangle.
