We definitely made 2 trips and took my daughter asks her boyfriend back the second time! We absolutely love this place!!

There’s nothing better than a great local coffee shop! I’ve stopped in a few times on work trips, and the espresso and breakfasts have always been great. I’ve had their oatmeal, granola, and croissants; all have been fantastic. The Gibraltar has been my go-to drink, and it’s been consistently above and beyond!

Very enjoyable place. Great coffee, and the atmosphere is really nice. Plenty of space and the outdoor area is great too.
Staff was wonderful and so nice to me.
Thanks for a great visit. I’ll be back!

I got the panini and It was super BLAND very generous on the avocado but seriously need some seasoning. I’m pretty sure it was the bread that killed it because it taste like nothing, the lemon bar needs more lemon flavoring, the pumpkin donuts where good, the sour cream (if that’s what it was) was super watery wasn’t sure so didn’t try it, red salsa was nasty.

So I’ve been a fan of coffee bar for years. This one was my favorite neighbor coffee shop. But the last handful of times, apart from their coffee which stays consistent, the food has been such a hit or miss. My last breakfast bowl was really bad however. The sweet potato was pretty much raw. I had to eat around it and the bacon was chewy, hardly cooked. The pastries are yummy, but their other food offerings just aren’t worth the hefty price. These issues have been happening more than 50% of the time to the point where I’ll most likely stay away from the food and stick to the coffee/pastries.

The pastries are good the breakfast sandwiches… Not so much. The tea tasted over steeped, the entire coffee bar lacked interesting decor, you could do much better for the price.

The Hospitalian friendliness was on point!
So really wish we’d said something in person about our food experience, but we were on the road and had to get moving so didn’t. We were so excited to come here after a friend recommended it and we read the back story and reviews. But have to say we were pretty disappointed overall.
The Blueberry Camadon Scone was delicious:)
The rest of the food on the other hand was to be desired…breakfast bowls included hard/undercooked sweet potato and very chewy (what seemed like over microwaved) eggs. The cookie we ate later on had a burnt taste to it, so also a bit disappointing.
Again, great service! Not so great food.

This is the local college study spot and one of the best cafes in Reno in general. Food in general is solid and the pumpkin donut holes are amazing. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow so be ready to tether if you’re trying to get work done.

Love getting a turmeric latte here and those cardamom/oatmeal cookies are to-die-for! The staff are always friendly and professional. Thank you!
