I come here every morning before work. Generally i have a great experience. This morning they were super short staffed only 2 people when they normally have like 7. I hope their supervisors give them some appreciation for today because even with all the cars and people in lobby they stayed calm and handled it well. I’m a gm in food industry myself, I know 2 people cannot run an entire store especially a coffee shop at 730am when it’s their peek period of the day. Hopefully their supervisors acknowledge their hard work and dedication to actually coming into work everyday. Acknowledge and appreciate your staff especially for today

Fresh, hot, and delicious. Except a short delay during the morning rush. Park Street is very busy and the drive-thru is busy. I use their app to order ahead and get DD points.

Wish they paid attention to the walk though traffic opposed to making then wait untill they are done with the drive though traffic. Guess I’ll just make my coffee to go at the house. When did they go up to $2.79 for a large cup off coffee? The coffee here is not all the great, specially if you have to wait for drive through to get done. Absolutely bad Customer Service.

Dang, this place. You get service (from this one women with short hair, has no customer service ethic, as I am listening to her talking to her co-worker about some dude that is arrested or in jail), as I’m sitting here waiting to meet a business associate. Her co-worker has a lot better attitude with her responsibilities in customer service. Ironically, there is a help wanted sign in the lobby. Not funny, I told her I gave this place a one star rating on other Google Guid e sites, she just shrugged her shoulders. What the insane cain is wrong with young people today. Must be the parents fault.

horrible. messed up both of my simple coffee orders so bad i didn’t know it was possible. they didn’t even put cream in my iced coffee?? when i tried to fix my order w the worker she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and was annoyed when i reminded her she forgot my item. horrible and disrespectful establishment.

Last week, I purchased half dozen of doughnuts and one of the associate put them all in the paper bag and ended up with messy doughnuts inside with lots of chocolate creme. However, I did a little complaint thru the app survey (telldunkin.com). Today, I went to the store again to purchase doughnuts as usual as our routine breakfast, then the shift supervisor/manager saw me and gave me free half dozen of doughnuts. They all made my day. I appreciate the kindness and fast responds of this store.

I stopped here in between my errands this morning. I really liked it. The server was really nice to me. I didn’t know they had so much breakfast food items. I ended up with donuts. But there were eggs, sandwiches, and hash browns available too. And this location has a drive though, which is nice cause the parking lot is small. I am pleased with this products and services.

I’ve been using the drive thru and order pickup options at this Dunkin for several months now. My order is always correct, and usually ready very quickly. The staff are friendly and all seem to be following health guidelines (masks, gloves, etc). Keep up the great work! 🙂

I was surprised by how small this location is! I usually mobile order, so ordering individual donuts later in the afternoon can become a gamble. However, I’m happy that they had the ones I wanted! They even listened to my less ice request! It was the perfect amount!!
I took a star off because the service i experienced was some of the worst. They killed it in the products department, but the service was super sad. Despite it being dead in the place, I was never greeted. I even walked in with another customer who was trying to order in store. Neither of us were acknowledged, even after I thanked the lady for making my coffee the way I love it.

Great donuts, and they very generously donated gift certificates for all of the staff of a local school for teacher appreciation week. A great part of our community!
