One of the workers is totally rude and I wouldn’t seen my dog here, also I had frequented this place for a few years, now they have a new employee, she should not be serving customers, using profanity being loud, & rude, totally unprofessionally. if I could give no stars I would, she is very nasty, belligerent and doesn’t respect anyone. It seems Dunkin Donuts at this site doesn’t care about their clientele because she still working there.

I usually only pick up coffee in the morning, but I’ve never had a problem with this location. It’s in a very convenient spot as I usually walk the pedway to get to work. They’re fast, even when there’s a line. And, the staff has always been pleasant to me. The coffee tastes fresh…what more can you ask for?

Horrible. Cashier was rude…..extremely rude. Missed part of order first go around even though we stated it many times. Was not even on receipt. When I went to pick up we second order she tried to keep it away from me. When we finally opened our order up it was Completly wrong. Hashbrowns were like potato mush. Also way down in the subway. If I could put zero star I would. Don’t go there.

This place seemed fasted paced, so I stopped by and ordered a sausage croissant and hash brown. Made it all the way to work, to find out I had a bagel with cream cheese. I don’t really work far, so I went back to get what I ordered, they didn’t even apologize for the mistake. This is definitely is a negative when it comes to customer service in my book.

One of my mother’s favorite places to get a nice Colombian coffee. Too bad there aren’t many in Houston, I love the breakfast croissants, simple some of the best

I’ve tired myself of this place. EVERY TIME I come here there is an issue. This morning I was told I needed to pay extra cash when I used the app. I log on to the app and there is more then enough to pay. The employees including the owner/manager are very rude. Just tired of it all.

Employee sleeping in store with windows locked on 2/17/19 @ 1:00pm would not wake up to provide service to customers no matter how loud we knocked on the glass.

Located in the pedway between Macy’s and Block 37. Just outside the entrance to the Lake Street Redline. Small Dunkin Donuts with fast service. You cannot see this shop at street level.
