Cafe Nuccio Reviews

I needed to bring dessert to family thanksgiving and decided to stop at Cafe Nuccio’s for some Italian pastries and cannolis today

They have a huge selection of the classics like cream puffs and napoleons as well as many I had never seen before.

Well. I got the 2 boxes of deliciousness home today, a day before Thanksgiving and I could not resist tasting one before the big day

The cannolis are filled with delicious cream and I had to try a cream puff too, unbelievable

All the others here at home couldn’t resist also and half of one box is gone already

I will be going back in the morning to buy more to actually bring to thanksgiving dinner

Ok. So I just bought – he said – 1 lb and 20 ounces and I paid $25.00 for the box. He said the cost of things is high but I left feeling some disdain. His approach and demeanor from the beginning was passive aggressive. I’m very particular about this issue but I sensed that other people would not have paid that much. Won’t go back again. Pastries are nice but customer service from the owners is not. Girls are nice people, too.

Service was great 2 nice young ladies; very courteous and customer friendly. Desserts were disgusting, Old, rancid, and overpriced. I will never, ever, return to this so called bakery. You wound be better off buying cookies or cakes from a prison commissary. Wish I could give them 0 starts. Buyer Beware.

Went to this bakery yesterday and can honestly say I am 100% disappointed. First off the display cases were practically empty. Decided on getting the mini Napolian from them after all its an Italian staple at most bakeries. Got home and was looking forward to eating them. I am completely disgusted and wanted to share that they were spoiled and I was sickened from eating just one. I will never go back.

Just bought some lobster claws and mini Napolian pastry there. The pasty part of the Napolians was rancid….literally rancid. How long does puff pastry have to be hanging around to go rancid…..the answer is a long time. The reason they are getting one star is because I can’t give a zero.

Love this bakery. I have been coming here before it was Cafe Nuccio. It was actually called Cafe Trento before. The new ownership did not let me down though. They have great pastries and are always up for a challenge if you need something quickly. The employees and owner very friendly.

I do love this little bakery. I am not sure how I never knew it was here before but now I go back all the time. It’s small but they have a good selection of pastries, cookies and cakes. If you need a special order call in advance and they will make it.

just had some cannolis. not sure if the confectionary sugar had anything to do with making the pastry soggy. but it was soggy. the cream was ok. came out to $19.00 for 15 miniatures. not sure if it was worth it. doubt i would return. maybe it was me, i found the help was not nice and courteous. perhaps they just didn’t want to work on Christmas day. oh well, don’t open on the holidays then.

This place is great!
I walked in one day to get a box of cookies for clients at a closing, and I walked out feeling happy.
The cookies were devoured at closing, the cheesecake was practically inhaled.
They loved it.
Even the bank guy had some (half).
Not disappointed and this is now my go to spot for treats for closings.

Laura

Delicious pastries. Great selection, decent prices.
