Gone here many times in the past, which was great. Seems like maybe new owners, waited 20 min for 2 bagel sandwiches paid 20 dollars to get them home and have the wrong sandwiches. Called to see if I could get the correct order but nobody picked up the phone. Don’t need to come back.

I just updated my 5 star review to a 1 star review because you can’t give a NO star review. This was one of the best breakfast spots in Yonkers. So sad how this reputable business has turned into a no go for me. Since changing owners, this place hasn’t gotten not one of my phone orders correct. Well, that’s if they even have it when I get there. I’ve placed orders over the phone and when I get there, there’s no order with my name. It was a pleasure going here prior to the new ownership. I hope the previous owner is somewhere enjoying his retirement! We miss you.

Went in to place an order for 18 bagels for pick up at 9am the next day. Arrived at 9. And nothing had been done. Girl read the order and got the bagels. When I arrived at my meeting, non of the specific bagels I chose were in the bag. Not the first time this has happened

The worst customer service ever! The workers will walk right pass you like your not supposed to be there. They change the prices all the time depending on who rings you up. I always have to wait 10 mins+ to get one bagel. The owner has no control, and the workers don’t care.

Not sure if there’s new owners or what here but my last couple experiences have been terrible. Today takes the prize though. Went in and ordered a hobo sandwich on a hero. That sandwich consists of 3 eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, cheese and either home fries or has browns. I get home and open the wrapping and I have home fries on a hero that’s it. So I call let them know I’ll be coming back even tho it’s inconvenient and get a new one I didn’t ask for anything back just wanted the sandwich correct. Go back make the exchange was a little surprised they didn’t offer a coffee or something for their mess up but whatever. Sooooo I get home open my sandwich and guess what? This time I got egg whites and tomatoes with home fries on a hero. Yes I know should have checked the second time. I call back again and this time I said I’ll be coming in for a refund and anew sandwich ok? And the guy on the phone said no problem. I get to the deli and there is no sandwich made he just hands me my money and says I didn’t hear you say another sandwich too and offers to make it right then I didn’t have time to wait so I said eff it took my money and left. Even if I hadn’t asked for another sandwich which I did you should want to make it right after making someone drive back and forth 3 times. Just terrible. Oh his excuse was the chef was in training and had given me the healthy hobo which isn’t found anywhere on any menu.

New owners and its terrible. 1st if the customer service is horrible, the girl that takes the orders is rude and nasty. If you don’t like your job, maybe find a new one. We used to order breakfast to my job everyday. Now they get the simplest orders wrong. Either missing items, orders completely wrong, the list goes on. Very disappointing

Cold sandwiches awesome easy knows how to make em very well..Carmen the phone person is awesome polite and order always right ,Sunday called for my order Carmen must have been out cause order was totally wrong was a supposed to be delivery girl never took address and I never got my food until I had to pick it up got homecwas yotally wrong .Asian lady was struggling with orders .total disaster..leave the older people there n front , they know there job.Cesar is great in the front with the morning crowd.not to fond of younger crew there just rude and not into there job like the older workers …J/S

Ordered an egg white, turkey, and pepper jack on an everything bagel. After waiting 15 minutes too long I got a regular egg, ham, & American cheese on an everything bagel. Hey at least they got the bagel right…never again.

We ordered from here every morning from my job. New owners have taken over & it just has turned very disappointing. They DO NOT listen to what you are ordering. They send us stuff however they like. They even charged my card for someone else’s order. I got it taken care of because i had to leave work to go speak with the owner. We have them repeat back the order & it is still wrong when it gets here. Yes again we ordered this morning repeated & the order is still wrong. Do not order from here not worth it anymore!!
