It’s a very small but very convenient little dunkin at this gas station. That being said don’t expect any of the amenities of the regular establishment like seating for example but nevertheless you can still use your app to pay and order ahead. Stuff is friendly but not the fastest as the place is pretty small and it can only take two employees at the time !

This place as been here for years. Facility is clean, workers are friendly and courteous. I don’t like Dunkin’s coffee. It is so weak. To get something close to decent, you have to spend between $5 and $6 on a Machiata.

I asked if she can give me more cream cheese because she didn’t put enough and She claims she gave me plenty but where is the cream cheese… There’s clearly bread still exposed and a thin layer. Worst service ever

Terrible. I live in the area so I been here a couple of times. Usually the people are very friendly but there’s a new lady that’s super rude. I’m not sure what her name is but she has red hair. She is beyond rude, the first time she was rude to me I let it go but when I went today to get a coffee she was so unprofessional and rude. And she messed up my order. I usually don’t complain if someone gets my order wrong because people make mistakes but this woman was so rude!!

Not sure why, but some of the employees will intentionally delay service to myself, or the person I’m with. I’m polite and civil still every time I go, I just don’t understand the dynamic at this DD, I’ve never been to one with such bad service. I’ll order an iced coffee, and they’ll serve the next 5 people behind me in line their drinks, then give me mine like clock work; just a bizarre place .

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts I witness the girls playing with their hair, clothes , touching doors and every dirty surface with the same gloves they use to make food. This morning I watched the girl not only put her sweater on, touch her hair and answer her phone and held it while she walked around talking all while making my sandwich. Never changed her gloves. I’ve had enough! I’m calling to complain to the manager of this branch. Everyone needs to be fired or take a training course on cross contamination.
