The first time I ordered a sandwich it was ok not worth the price skimpy. Today I decided to try there breakfast I ordered Homefries eggs and cheese and bacon and toast the only thing worth eating was the bacon. The home fries was not cooked at all. The lil lady at the desk alwayssss has an attitude. This place deserves 0⭐️

This place has horrible customer service. I went there and waited on line to place my order with the counter guy. Another worker answered the phone took an order and proceeded to make it without even acknowledging the line that was in the store. When I was next on line a lady walked in went straight to the front and placed an order without acknowledging the line behind her and neither did the counter guy. I guess because i didnt speak the native language i was overlooked. It sucks when you try to support small local businesses and they don’t have proper customer service. I will never go back here.

As a customer of this place since I’ve been going to middle school at Emerson, 9 Plus years ago I would go here every day when the Mexicans /Italian owners owned it. I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING HERE due to JOE POOR Customer service, Especially towards the BLACK COMMUNITY!!! I order the same thing everyday!! But somehow they find a way to mess up my simple order purposely . I’ve also experienced many times were at Joe allows his buddies to cut in front of young African-Americans, like the The students that attend the school up the block , Several times especially ME !!, when I and other have been standing there already but Joe insist to serve them first. Being that I’m in my nursing uniform (at least have a sense of urgency) and I also been going here for years (at least have some type of kinship) Joe knows my occupation and knows I don’t have Tim to wait for a simple bagel to be remade. , PLUS I CALL AHEAD TO PICKUP ON TIME , but my order of a everything bagel with cream cheese if somehow messed up!!!! When I ask him to remake it it takes him at least 15 minutes to make it. Then by the time I get back it may be way too much cream cheese (like a block of cheese ) or wait a little (sprouted thin like butter). Today I call and Joe expresses through body language and sounds of annoyance, disturbing irritation and tediousness, as if he doesn’t want anything to do with a simple order. In that case hiring better staff that will actually listen to customer’s request of what they eat and like on things they PAY FOR Or just quit if you can’t handle it

First time ordering here. This was all for $5. . The only issue I had was the food tasted stale. Either they cooked on a unclean grill or the food was days old. One or the other. The only fresh thing was the eggs. And they had that stale taste. If your taste buds aren’t as sharp as mine, then you can try it.

I sought them out subsequent to a recent trip to Portugal and delightfully Bagel Land was able to make a sardine bagel! My wife’s choice was more traditional NY style. We enjoyed talking with the owner and came back a 2nd time to a repeat 5 star experience. We ordered ours to go. The place is small yet right sized for the area. I will return there when back to Yonkers in the the future.

When it comes to bagels there are three areas that matter: size, quality, and speed of service. Bagel Land fails miserably in all three of these categories. The bagels are comically bad, which is why you won’t see a single picture of them posted. If this were the last bagel place open for 25 miles I would start driving… zero stars. You’ve been warned.

Freshly made everything!!! Great service. The owner dedicated himself to lwlp the community by delivering thousands worth of food and equipment to help the front line during COVID-19. The food is Portuguese influence and made there on site.
