I had the Bake Shop create my wedding cake and it was so beautiful and absolutely delicious! We got lemon cake with strawberry filling and it was so moist and the fruit tasted so fresh. Everyone at my wedding commented on how yummy our cake was and they really made it look exactly like the pictures I provided. They worked alongside my florist to make my wedding cake dreams come true. Also their cake icing is the best ever and if you needed only one reason to ever buy a cake from the Bake Shop, do it for the icing 😉

The service is friendly, helpful, and the scones are particularly good. My godchildren love their cakes for their birthday and cinnamon rolls for a special treat.

Oh my goodness, what a gem. I couldnt believe they are celebrating 35 years and yesterday was my 1st time visiting. Definitely will not be my last. Well worth the drive for us. I ordered a dozen cookies, a loaf of cinnamon bread and an assortment of pastries. Everything was delicious and fresh. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. Here’s to 35 more!

I love the Bake Shop In Ghent. They have the best homemade cakes. The cakes are always moist, the fillings are not overly sweet. We have been getting our cakes here for the last 35 years. I would highly recommend them.
