The woman that always says that she is the “owner” but she is not, she is only in charge there. I noticed that every time I stop by in the morning to buy my coffee and donuts. Most of the time she is rude with customers especially Latinos and color people. She should be replaced for someone with skills, better service, and have a better environment. If she is rude with customers, I can’t imagine how she treats the employees.

Very bad customer service the owner was very rude she really doesn’t have any customer service skills I just want to come and get a sandwich and go but in stead of that she got mad because I said I want to make it combo and she started to argue that is when I decide to get out of that place I feel very unwelcome for sure I never will comeback that was a very bad experience

Horrible Service! I came here with my 2 young children (6 and 2 years old) for a fun mid-week treat. My son has severe nut allergies and I politely asked the clerk to change her gloves b/c she kept touching the donuts with nuts on them. I was trying to explain to her that my son has severe allergies and would have an anaphylactic reaction otherwise. However, she replied with laughter, sarcasm and disrespect. Her rude comments, eye rolling and plain annoyance that I was asking for such a small action was more than enough to make me take my business somewhere else. I left without ordering b/c I just will not pay for such disrespectful service. I have been to this place many times and the service has never been great but a decent shop near their school. I will not return to this location and would never recommend this place to someone with allergies b/c your concerns will not be considered.

Yum Yum donuts rocks! Always open and always turning out fresh donuts. There is no shortage of donut shops in Canyon Country. However many close early and many do not restock their offerings during the day. Not so with Yum Yum Donuts. I have never falled to find my favorites day or night!
The store sells more than donuts but I have no experience with their sandwiches or other stuff. I can only attest to their great tasting donuts and a few other pastries I’ve ordered. Always good!
I might mention that Yum Yum is a drive for me but the nearly ten mile round trip is well worth it. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
