After a repeat visits, I can say that the customer service is very good. Easy to order (not a million suggestions like local competition) when using drive thru, so no long lines, fast, pricing is good and quality of both food and drink has been as expected or better! The team on site Wednesday morning is particularly great! Enjoy!

This was not a pleasant experience. Waiting 15 minutes to take our order and ten more waiting at the window. Then our food was burnt. 10 out of 10 will not go here again. What a waste of time and money.

2 cars back in line, and I waited 30 minutes until I got to the window!!! I don’t know HOW you take 30 minutes to get through 3 vehicles, it’s ridiculous. This is a pattern for this store. I ordered my one coffee on the app 10 minutes prior, and then they messed up my drink. The lady in the window gave me attitude when I nicely asked for extra cold foam. This is why people prefer Starbucks.

I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Most of the staff always gets your order wrong, sometimes I don’t get what I paid for, the general manager brought her dog into the lobby while me and my kids are in the middle of eating, just hanging out chit chatting while she appears to be off the clock talking with employees that are on the clock, everyone literally stopped what they were doing to go see the dog, nobody really seems like they even want to work there. Poor attitudes no friendly smiles when you come to the counter. Was super disappointed she brought her dog into a facility that handles food. She claims that it was a service dog but there was no vest, no badges or anything that was visually noticeable that it was actually a service dog. Poor management, unfriendly staff, I think this place needs a new general manager because she’s clearly unprofessional if she comes in to hang out with staff during business hours and the staffing has poor customer service. Changes need made if I’m ever going to spend money here again.

Staff is friendly, coffee and food are good.
The bathrooms are horrible extremely dirty
And noticably not cleaned between numerous visits to the same location.
The dining room is also fairly dirty with the tables being wiped off but none of the seats or benches cleaned and visiy grimy. Surfaces are sticky to the touch.

Dear Dunkin’ how about you hire more than 2 people to work a busy Friday. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive through is a little over the top. As I was leaving I counted 8 cars in the drive through waiting to order. Sad!

Super slow. Every single time I go through this Dunkin drive thru the service is extremely slow, even if there are only two cars in the drive thru. So don’t go to this one if you’re in a hurry or you like to spend your time waiting for an extended period.

Lobby is NOT open, restruant staff is lying to Google and to you! The map info says the dine in is an option and that it’s been “confirmed” by the restruant. The lobby is NOT open though. They’ve had a sign on the door for a long time saying the lobby is closed due to staff shortages and the door is always locked. Drive thru is the only option, which means there’s always a massive line.

Went to dunkin doughnuts to get some doughnuts and when I got there they told me they were out of doughnuts so I asked them to make more doughnuts because they sell doughnuts and they said no more doughnuts. 2 stars for dunkin, would have left more if they had doughnuts.

If you expect to be on time anywhere don’t go to Dunkin for coffee, they consistently take 20 mins just to order your coffee and if you’re lucky you’ll get in in another 10 mins, HALF AN HOUR just to get a coffee is ridiculous
